Mind Control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and/or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system.

The article further explores transnational law and the steps the EU has taken to offer protection under the law of human brain technologies and their intervention into the human mind, absconding with and selling our brainwaves and thoughts, both as an intellectual property and a human rights issue. “technology is to the point where thoughts in the mind can be read word for word during recitation from brainwaves, it is necessary to protect the brainwave itself, not just the idea or “conception”. The AIA, which is the norm for protecting intellectual property could not be applied to protecting brainwaves as simply put; there are just too many which one would have to protect. Whether a “brainwave” is an “electronic communication” and data in the form of “signal intelligence” for all legal purpose when intended by consent or with judicial approval is debated. There are arguments that brainwaves are more anatomical in nature rather than electronic and this is explained further in this essay. The harmful effects of electromagnetic devices are of relevance in considering human rights laws. As of today, there is no universally binding or federal legislature protecting us from these harmful devices. Protecting brainwaves by law would be the first step and advancement in protecting intellectual property rights as well since we are protecting the “creations of the mind” or biological data at its very inception; the data contained in the brainwave or thought which formulates the idea and creation of the mind. The “Copyright Clause” of the U.S. Constitution, more specifically Article 1, Section 8, Clause 8 , which many writers rely on to automatically secure their is not applicable in this scenario as we are dealing with the conception of the idea in brainwaves, not finished work of an author.
Theoretically, ideas can never be destroyed or contained and the freedom of expression expressed in the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

“Electromagnetic devices and weapons have been around since the 1970’s and are nothing new referencing the “Electromagnetic or Other Direct Energy Weapon Launcher” patented in the U.S. for defense research purposes . Even an
“Apparatus and Method for Remotely Monitoring and Altering Brainwaves” was patented in the U.S. in in 197418 similar to the “Method and System for Altering
Consciousness” patented here in the U.S. in 1991 . These electromagnetic devices have great use for harm. The most relevant device patented in the U.S. in relation to brainwaves and electronic communications may be the “Communication System and the Method Including Brainwave Analysis And/or Use Of Brain Activity”20 as it is capable of picking up brainwaves to determine the communication capable of using satellites to pick up brain signals as stated on the patent description.
Other devices such as the “iBrain”21 allows communication while merely thinking while other devices allow the user to accept or reject a call simply by thinking about it, designing 3D models with just thought, enter passwords, or even moving your wheelchair with thoughts . There are also the Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID)24 chips which are openly sold in the medical market and inserted into people so they can be tracked. According to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology , a similar use for RFID’s has been found to alter one’s body internally by tampering with certain chemical and hormone levels to prevent births, a possible form of contraception. However, misuse in large populations can also be an act of genocide under Article 2 (d) of the “1948 Geneva Convention on the Prevention and Punishment on the Crime of Genocide” .
Laser technologies projecting holograms have also been used in combination with electromagnetic weapons in torture cases to create a "3D" effect but there is no evidence that these weapons can wirelessly create solid items. Via these weapons, there is also the use of microwave technologies to induce auditory effects directly into your brain, otherwise known as Skull-To-Voice (S2K) technology.
Dr. Igor Smirnov, the founder of the Psychotechnology Institute of Moscow wrote several books on psychotronic weapons being used to alter thoughts and behavior when the USSR was fighting in Afghanistan during the 1980’s. In 1998, U.S. Army Lt. Col. Timothy L. Thomas wrote about the medical basis for usage of what he termed “PSYOP” weapons published in the Strategic Studies Institute of the U.S. Military . He
also mentioned that the technology to read and alter mind-states in the PSYOP was being developed all around the world including in Russia as Russian Army Major General I. This technology is HERE; its not something in a fantasy sci-fi scenario. The sci-fi scenarios were written based on ACTUAL technologies which have existed for millennium, but are now actively being used, sold and promoted, as are our brainwaves, which we need to protect. The average population is quite unaware that these matrix technologies exist or that they are being used against us. Likewise, the denial that movies are real strategized militarized intel and are actual hard disclosure of these covert actions against the inhabitants of earth is met with disbelief. I know the truth. I know that I am the actual Eleven depicted in Stranger Things, which begs the question, “How do the Duffer brothers know so much about my life?” That subject is still under discovery by myself, although I have reached a conclusion pertaining to this subject which will be discussed further in another chapter.

Elvis was MKULTRA and he was an MKULTRA handler; Elvis was and still is a false IDOL; Musicians are FALSE IDOLS;
Elvis was a known drug addict and womanizer. Elvis name means sexy priest. Elvis and Priscilla Beaulieu first met in 1959 while Elvis was stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army. Priscilla was 13 years old when Elvis met her. He lived with her for years until he was pressured to marry her.
Elvis' relationships with young women were pointed in "In his love life," by Reuben Fine, who observed that Elvis "quickly became attached to teenage girls, and he loved to have them wearing white panties in bed with him. Elvis's closest female relationships were usually with young girls of around 13 or 14, ending as they reached late teens.

Pastor Kenneth Hagen was Pastor Kenneth Copeland’s mentor. Ha-gen Ha is referencing Satan gen is a gin or a demonic spirit. Kenneth Hagen disseminated through his PULPET [podium for puppet masters disseminating information to their PUPPETS] a demon of laughter that entered his audience through the air. His audience members would laugh and shake as the demon(s) entered their body, they would fall to the ground. Pastors and Musicians are occultists, Magicians, who use frequency, on the air, sound to infiltrate the brainwaves for mind manipulation. The Pastors are usually quite adept musicians as well. This facilitates the infiltration into the mind and engenders the possession or “control” of the body and indwelling spirit.
Gary Herman stated that Elvis “recognized the devils part in his success. [4] Gary Herman, Rock and Roll Babylon. Elvis’ bodyguards were known as the Memphis Mafia. ATLANTA and MKULTRA
Atlanta is home to the CDC and Emory University, a private research facility which was used for the site of granger Things filming of Hawkins Laboratory in Season 3. Emory University was founded as Emory College in Oxford Georgia by the Methodist Episcopal church and was named after the Bishop John Emory.
In Don Roderick Scott v. William Casey, Civl A. No C81-291A, filed in the US District Court N.D. Georgia, Atlanta Division April 29, 1983, Plaintffs filed seeking monetary relief for injuries sustained as a result of medical experimentation at the US Penitentiary in Atlanta George in the late 1950s. It alleges that the CIA under the US governed ENT and under the umbrella project MKULTRA, which was concerned with the research and development of chemical, biological and radiological materials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior. While MKULTRA was underway the CIA contacted Dr. Carl C. Pfeiffer, who was then the Chairman of the Department of Pharmacology at Emory University School of Medicine, concerning an LSD study. Dr. Pfeiffer then contacted the US Board of Prisons to conduct the study under the auspices of the United States Public Health Service (PHS) and Emory University at the US Penitentiary in Atlanta GA and permission was granted. In 1956 the study commenced.

Pfeffer von Salomon was in command of the Suturmabteilung, the German SS under Hitler. Pfeffer is a spelling divergence of Pfeiffer. During WWII Project Paperclip changed the names of German scientists and doctors and noted professors and scholars and secretly brought them to the United States to work in conjunction with Americans. First names became last names, last names became first names and middle names became first and last names. Last names were also completely hidden in anagrams or codes that reflected their true identities.

Blocks away from the monotonous hum of construction work, white marble and glass bridges lies a part of Emory University’s campus that hasn’t been updated since the late 1990s, and probably won’t change anytime soon. Even though Emory has now designated the older buildings as storage space, they’ve most recently served as the site of the 1980s-era Hawkins National Laboratory in Hawkins, Ind., for Netflix’s beloved original series “Stranger Things.”
A five-minute drive down North Decatur Road or a 15-minute shuttle ride on the B route brings you to Briarcliff Campus, marked by a tall black building known as Building A. Briefly a space for displaced faculty offices and old desks, Building A is now most recognized as the home of the Upside Down in “Stranger Things.” Though now known as a film location, Building A boasts a history as scattered and peculiar as the sets it holds.
Once a state-owned and operated mental health institute, the building hasn’t changed much since its construction in the 1960s. Its medical interior, once used to treat patients and conduct mental health research, is now home to movie and television sets.
William M. Dracos, Emory University managing director and chief business practice improvement officer, said that the site appeals to film producers because of its 20th century architecture.
“The attraction of the Briarcliff [A] Building is that it is truly a period piece,” Dracos said. “It had a certain visual effect [as] an institution research facility or governmental institution.”
Most recently, “Stranger Things” filmed scenes for both seasons at the Briarcliff A Building, creating Hawkins National Laboratory from the iconic black exterior and clinical interior.
The University bought Briarcliff Campus as part of a 42-acre, $2.9 million acquisition along Briarcliff Road in 1997. This decision went against the University’s land acquisition policy, which prohibited the purchase of land that was south of North Decatur Road or noncontiguous with current University property. The sale included the buildings of Briarcliff Campus and Briarcliff Mansion, according to University Historian Gary Hauk.
Asa Candler Jr., son of Coca-Cola founder Asa Candler, originally owned the land. Candler Jr. built Briarcliff Mansion in 1922 and lived on the estate until 1948, when he sold the land to the state of Georgia. After acquiring the land, the state government built a mental health treatment center with housing for private patients in what now is the Briarcliff Building A and the smaller red brick cottages in the surrounding area, respectively. The mansion was turned over from the state to DeKalb County in the 1960s and functioned as a drug and alcohol addiction treatment center. In the mid-1990s, due to funding shifts in mental health facilities, the state looked to sell off the land, eventually selling it to Emory.
The University planned to transform the campus into a biotechnology incubation center in partnership with the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). In first steps of this partnership, the University briefly moved contained Emory laboratories to the site, but no significant research was conducted.
University staff soon realized the dated features and general wear and tear of the buildings on Briarcliff campus made research and laboratory work difficult and expensive. They chose to use the space as extra storage instead.
“By [the late 1990s], the cottages that had been used for the housing the residential patients were not in very good shape,” Hauk said. “They really were not fit for use as offices or general use by people who would be in there for long term. Parts of [the tall building] were still in fairly good shape, [and] used that for what they called swing space.”
Swing space is space designated for departmental overflow, faculty and groups that couldn’t find space on the main campus or were facing renovation of their current buildings. The Briarcliff Campus once held Emory’s Emeritus College, the Jane Fonda Center and the Center for Myth and Ritual in American Life.
But after no more than 10 years of service Building A soon became unusable too, needing costly updates to its air conditioning and heating system, and treatment of some developing mold and cockroach infestations. Today, some parts are still used as extra storage space, for items such as desks, chairs and lamps.
Even without hosting University programming, the building found purpose in its dated, medical look and soon attracted film site managers and location scouts.
“It turned out it was a really cool place for film companies, and a lot of people were attracted by its adaptability,” Hauk said. “It does have a clinical look to parts of the building, and so it was easy to transform certain hallways or rooms into what looked like hospital or a doctor’s office. [It] also became an interesting place for creepy kinds of scenes, and people who have been down in the basement of that tall building always remark on the eeriness of the scene there.”
Fans of “Stranger Things” might want to visit the building in person, but access to the land is off limits to anyone besides film companies renting the space and Emory personnel.
“Briarcliff Campus is not open to the public, as the buildings are old and hazards exist,” Dracos emphasized. “Individuals should not attempt tourism on the Briarcliff campus for their own safety.”
Georgia is now considered a filming capital, the third largest in the world after Los Angeles and New York City, with a high concentration of that work in Atlanta, and Emory’s Briarcliff Campus is only one part of Emory’s involvement in Atlanta’s growing film industry. The University has been a hotbed for film projects, big and small, over the past few years. After a request from the Georgia Film Music and Digital Entertainment Office in 2013 that the campus cooperate with production and filming whenever possible, Emory started to take on more frequent and higher-profile projects.
“We’re happy to work with the film industry,” Dracos said. “We think it’s a great element to our state, so we’re happy to be a partner.”
“Hidden Figures” also used the Briarcliff Building A to create Kevin Costner’s 1960s research office and lab. “Gifted” and “Denial” were filmed on Emory’s Atlanta campus in the past few years. “Vampire Diaries” was filmed at Emory’s Oxford Campus. Smaller projects, including television shows, commercials and independent films, also rent out spaces across Emory’s campus. The University cannot disclose information regarding current productions on campus.
Without a script, there is no confirmation that season three of Stranger Things will film at Briarcliff, but Building A, and Emory University, will forever be a piece of Hawkins, Ind. Just remember, don’t go looking for the Upside Down — firstly, because the area is restricted and secondly, because you probably can’t fight off a demogorgon.

Petti is able to prove what that she was kidnapped and she takes her case to the authorities. She tells this story to John Osteen, her pastor, and his family, completely unaware that the moment that her cash disappeared, John Osteen had a windfall of funds, which many Texas say, he used for his Lakewood Church Ministry and for his is own personal gains. James McDonald, HARVEST Chicago- Walk in the Word Radio Show, Vertical Church Band, was FIRED for fiscal malfeasance and it came out he was soliciting hitmen.
A Chicago radio host, Erich Mancow Muller alleged that his former friend and spiritual advisor, former Harvest Bible Chapel founder James MacDonald, asked him for help finding a “hit man” to kill one of his rivals. Another former Harvest Bible Chapel parishioner appearing on Muller podcast claimed that Jame McDonald came to his house and asked him to kill his son-in-law. Julie Roys, independent journalist, identified the parishioner as MacDonald’s former bodyguard.
Muller said he feared releasing the podcast which was taped with journalists from Patch, Fox 32 and the Daily Herald until he could file a police report with the Wilmette Police Department.
A defamation lawsuit initiated by the Harvest church against the website, and Julie Roys, a reporter for the bi-weekly Christian World magazine, who investigated Harvest, was dropped last month. The Elephant’s Debt praised Muller, saying he had, “displayed a courage that is often profoundly lacking in the evangelical community,’ noting that he “took a risk by playing a toxic, hot-mic audio of James MacDonald.”

In an article written by Julie Roys April 17, 2017 [julieroys.com] re McDonald’s firing she stated that “in 2018, Harvest reportedly paid MacDonald $80,000 per month ($50,000/month in regular salary and $30,000/month in deferred compensation) for a total of $960,000 per year. (This number did not include additional money MacDonald may have received from his broadcast ministry, Walk in the Word, Harvest’s church planting network, Vertical Church, its songwriting and worship ministry, Vertical Worship, and books.)
Bucur, a deacon, volunteer and bodyguard of MacDonald’s and Banaszak, a Harvest member and captain of the churches Saturday night security team said their source also told them that in addition to compensation, Harvest gave MacDonald between $800,000 – $1.2 million annually in discretionary funds. Half of that money reportedly came from a senior pastor discretionary fund, and a similar amount came from a discretionary fund in Walk in the Word.
The church leader with whom I consulted confirmed that these discretionary funds were part of the hidden or “black budget” I reported in my December WORLD Magazine article on Harvest. This budget reportedly comprised about 20-percent of Harvest’s total budget and was kept secret from all but top church staff and the former elder executive committee. The executive committee was a group of four to five top elders who had sole responsibility for approving Harvest’s annual budget and executive salaries.
Bucur and Banaszak said one of Harvest’s leaders told them that MacDonald was supposed to note any expenses from his discretionary funds that were personal and then reimburse the church for those expenses. However, Bucur and Banaszak said their source told them that MacDonald counted as a ministry expense having a bear stuffed and shipped from Alaska.”
ALASKA AND JOHN
Alaska figures predominately in my history with John. John sent me to Alaska, in the 90s to have a procedure called pluripotent and other genetic procedures performed on me. Pluripotente involves a garnering of stem cells which can then easily be utilized to form clones or any anomalies from your stem cells. I was given a shot in the doctors office when I arrived in Alaska and I passed out before the shot. According to the owner of the venue we were at, I was gone for approximately for 30 minutes.
According to Wiki, induced pluripotent stem cells (also known as iPS cells or iPSCs) are a type of pluripotent stem cell that can be generated directly from adult cells. Linda Moulton Howe talked about flash cloning humans and skipping the embryo stage.
The iPSC technology was pioneered by Shinya Yamanaka’s lab in Kyoto, Japan, who showed in 2006 that the introduction of four specific genes encoding transcription factors could convert adult cells into pluripotent stem cells.[1] He was awarded the 2012 Nobel Prize along with Sir John Gurdon "for the discovery that mature cells can be reprogrammed to become pluripotent."[2]
Pluripotent stem cells hold promise in the field of regenerative medicine.[3] Because they can propagate indefinitely, as well as give rise to every other cell type in the body (such as neurons, heart, pancreatic, and liver cells), they represent a single source of cells that could be used to replace those lost to damage or disease.
The most well-known type of pluripotent stem cell is the embryonic stem cell. However, since the generation of embryonic stem cells involves destruction (or at least manipulation)[4] of the pre-implantation stage embryo, there has been much controversy surrounding their use. Further, because embryonic stem cells can only be derived from embryos, it has so far not been feasible to create patient-matched embryonic stem cell lines. Thus if you required embryonic stem cells to facilitate the birth of Reptilian and Grey or other species, you could in fact replicate the stem cells extricated from human subjects.
Since iPSCs can be derived directly from adult tissues, they not only bypass the need for embryos, but can be made in a patient-matched manner, which means that each individual could have their own pluripotent stem cell line. These unlimited supplies of autologous cells could be used to generate transplants without the risk of immune rejection. While the iPSC technology has not yet advanced to a stage where therapeutic transplants have been deemed safe, iPSCs are readily being used in personalized drug discovery efforts and understanding the patient-specific basis of disease.[5]
Yamanaka named iPSCs with a lower case "i" due to the popularity of the iPod and other products.
JAMES MCDONALD AND JOHN
James McDonald is an MKULTRA handler and criminal. He utilizes the FREEMASON bible for MKULTRA CODING. While at James church, he could read the thoughts that I was thinking. I wondered if he was reading my thoughts somewhere on a computer printout in the Green Room. I had been attending James Church since I arrived in Illinois in March.

I said “I am AN MK, not THE MK”. Every time I entered Bill’s venue at WillowCreek, John and Durrell called me. Durrell called me when I was in the Green Room, John texted and emailed me when I was in tech rehearsals for the Worship Band. This is because my evil brother John is the actual black pope; in charge of the sex trafficking in the churches and those who are in charge of the churches and temples.
One day I was in front of the fireplace at Mr. B’s, the coffee shop at WillowCreek, and my guitarist Jeff Sadie contacted me via facebook and asked me to represent him. I had worked with Jeff in San Diego in a country band called Big River for many years. Jeff knew my husband Sam and Ernie Driggs, a TS cleared DOD CIA operative that ran Big River Band. In San Diego Jeff kept asking me to sleep with him; I laughed because I was married. Jeff is an MKULTRA handler & Satanist, as was my ex, purportedly now dead, husband Sam. I paid $1,000 to get Jeff’s guitar out of hock for him, and gifted it to him, this is how MKULTRA works; Jeff then SOLD the guitar.
Jeff told me he was working with Todd Oliver, a Dog Ventriloquist from America’s Got Talent, 2012, and that he had moved to Branson. Evil fricken Branson. All of the state of Missouri is has tunnelled cities underneath it. I have verification from a truck driver who had TS clearance. He drove a food truck and said he drove into a mountain with steel doors underneath to a city with shopping centers and houses etc.
When I left my husband and moved to Illinois with my evil brother Rob, I contacted my MKULTRA handler and former agent/lover John; as expected MONARCHS fly home to their handlers. In talking with John he told me that he garnered a 100 million dollar deal in Vegas for a ventriloquist, which I thought was very creepy.
Jeff asked me to come see him in two weeks in DeKalb. I did go to see Jeff and Todd. I met with Jeff and Doc Holiday, a base player and MKULTRA doctor, who both told me I backstage that I should represent Todd. I said I couldn’t represent Todd, and I didn’t know what he wanted. Doc said he wanted $10,000 dollars per performance and his own variety show. I started writing a show for Todd called "I work for the D.O.G."
I spent the night in DeKalb after watching Todd for two days; I got up at 5 am and returned early Sunday morning to Algonquin. I went directly to Harvest where I sat in the Elgin sanctuary and sat in the Vertical Worship Band’s technical rehearsal. I prayed and cried for an hour in the sanctuary. I also asked God how can I represent anyone, I have no means. I also asked God can you tell me who my next husband is going to be. Now I know I cry in churches because they are copiously evil filled with Demon possessed NAZI and DRAGO Reptilian malevolent entities..
James MacDonald came out onto the podium and told the story of Abraham. He said how the promises of God were true. Then he started to talk about John. I was saying please God, not John, do not tell me I am going to marry John. I didn’t realize I already married John in a Satanic ceremony at three. James said he was going to prophesy, I did not know what that was. Jame said do not be afraid. Then James said the MKULTRA code words in a string that John said to me in the 90s. He said “there was a man…sent from God… his name is John.”
I cried and felt sick to my stomach. James got off the stage and stood in front of me; I was in the second row behind a deaf man who, it was said, had been in the church for 40 years. James bowed in front of me and the went backwards up the isle and disappeared. I remember thinking magik. Just like MJ12- Freemadon black magik.
Then I started writing to James, not understanding why I was writing to him. Just as I wrote to John giving him a cost justification regarding Todd Oliver, not understanding why I was reporting to him as though he was my commanding officer and I was giving him a field report. MKULTRA. You are triggered and you begin to report to those who know your handlers and know your codes. Mind Control, is called UNBREAKABLE mind control, especially when you have no idea that you ARE mind controlled.
When I was made homeless by the NSA and CIA, who are my family members, I was in my car going from Starbucks to Starbucks, researching, traveling thru the US, trying to recover erased memories. I then began to realize what MKULTRA was. I found out that I was raised by Hitlers, Eichmans, Mengeles and Speers and that everything I thought I knew about my life was false. I knew that I was MKULTRA. MKULTRA is the umbrella name for all black ops. Additionally the acronym stands for Manufactured Killers Utilizing Lethal Tradecraft Requiring Assasination. That’s pretty fucked up to find out after 58 years of being under MKULTRA, and erased from your entire life. I wrote an email to James and said “James the promises of God are true, but there was a man.. sent from God.. his name is John, that is a trigger, who are YOU?”
James wrote a whole sermon, entitled Triage. He sent me an empty email with one word in the subject. It said Triage. I received the email late at night in my car. I remember screaming Triage? That’s what Mengele did. He said “you live, you die, you get experimented on.”
