What happened the last few days and first few days of the New Year?

In November 2018 I received a serial stalker, Manchurian candidate, who is very clever. Let’s call him KP Duty, KPD for short. KP duty is kitchen staff signed to junior enlisted military personnel.  In the old days when you were assigned KP Duty it was because you did something wrong.  You had to peel potatoes and empty garbage for the entire battalion. KPD appeared on my list of recommended friends because he was a friend of another super solider.  I sent KPD a FB friend request.  He also friended me on linkedin.  He sent me various texts on IM, and he appeared very unstable. I blocked him on IM, and after reading some of his emails, I blocked him on my email.  

After my initial contact, he continued to stalk me through social media; however, apparently, I wasn’t paying attention.  November 25, 2018, I received an email directed to KPD from my brother John requesting that KPD take him off his email list, to which I belonged.  At that time, I was more concerned as to why John was sending me an email.  John is a covert CIA, MKULTRA head, and my Mengele brother.  John electronically triggered me on my phone and had me sign myself into a behavioral facility for a year, under the auspices of National Security.  For much of that year I was still under John’s mind control.  

You see I was trauma bonded to John as a baby, through torture in a deep underground military base at Langley.  Under mind control I was told over and over again that my destiny was to marry John, and that each time I met John I would “fall in love with him”  and subsequently forget him.

Trauma bonding through Satanic Ritual abuse and torture enables the MKULTRA to become completely and irrevocably bonded to her “master” and “handler”.  There is one ultimate handler.  In my life, it is the one who I was created for and “sold” or “given” to a slave for life.   The ultimate unbreakable mind control (Mind Kontrol Ultra), is that which Mengele, a relative, takes credit for.

Mind Control takes over your entire psyche and enables those around you with “codes” to “trigger” you into doing things you wouldn’t ordinarily do.  We are sold, or gifted to individuals for what ever their agenda is; for ritual satanic sacrifices requiring sex acts, drugging, murder, etc.  The MKULTRA is programmed from birth to breach their moral code of ethics and perform acts to which they are then erased from, so that they cannot identify their target, mission, and any specific details of the covert mission and/or names of all covert operatives and handlers.  

John is Joseph Menegle’s protégé.  He looks like him.  He is, the best of the best of the MKU doctors and handlers.  To see John, you were never guess as to who or what he is.  He is affable, and the kind of guy you might think you would like to go have a cup of coffee with and spend time with.

Fiona Barnett is an MKULTRA, like myself.  I am sixty; she is forty-nine.  In her book "Hang on for the Ride" Fiona says that there were five doors involved in MKULTRA programing.  Each door was assigned to a different doctor. Mengele’s door does not have his name on it.  It simply has a white rabbit on it.  The white rabbit is a code word, also utilized by Q.  Following the white rabbit is following Dr. Mengele into mind control.  Fiona said that Mengele was the name we never said, like Lord Voldemort in Harry Potter, who is not a fictional character. Vol de mort, means Flight of Death in French.  Mengele means Angel of Death.

John has always been my main handler.  I was given to John by Albert Speers and his son.  I was created by Joseph Mengele with Irene Mengele’s eggs. Joseph wasn’t simply protected by the Vatican, he was part of the Vatican. Joseph’s main gig as an MKULTRA handler was creating twins for their telepathic and telekinetic abilities which the 3rd  Reich utilized and the current 4th Reich is still is utilizing to create weaponized Uber Soldiers/Super Soldiers, clones and genetic anomalies, all of whom are bionic, have AI enmeshed into their bodies, and are moneymakers in the world,  invaluable assassins and sex slaves, high ranking politicians, corporate entities, and military soldiers that are totally mind controlled, and compliant, acceding to their masters every desire.  Like myself, each of these super soldiers will always return to their original handlers, and have unreasonable allegiance, believing they loved them, just as I returned consistently to John, like the Monarch Butterfly.  I was programmed at birth to love John, through the application of torture and bondage.  Pain is pleasure and pleasure is pain.

I do not believe Joseph Mengele is human.  He is a DRAGO, a time traveler, a manipulator and bender of time through dimensional travel and alterations of frequency.. I believe that Brad, Albert Speers son, is a GREY.  The DRAGOS rule and the GREYS are subservient.  The GREYS are most often more feared than the DRAGOS although both are just as malevolent and psycho, just like all members of the Cabal, the Satanists are absolutely insane..

Back to my present-day stalker, KPD.  When I bounced the email back to John and KPD I had to unblock KPD.  I then sent him a note saying please stop sending emails this is considered harassment. Subsequently KPD began to follow me on social media, and I tried to block him at each turn.  Traditionally I follow back everyone who follows me, and I do not pay attention to who the individual is.  I tried to find all of the social media KPD had followed me on, and I then sent him a cease and desist notice via email telling him if he did not stop stalking me on social media I would report him to the FBI.  He had a pending case for stalking and was sent to a Federal prison in 2013 for a bomb threat he made.

I was then availed to the Google search and an insider’s viewpoint as to how prolific a stalker KDP was.  I was told he also stalked Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a couple of FBI agents, a few Mayors, lawyers, and other super soldiers.  He stalked Andy Basagio, a time traveler who said he was told he would be president and who ran in 2016 against Trump.  I found out that Andy’s representative, Lewis who was talking funds for Andy’s eye surgery, had a long talk with KPD who told him what a nice person I was.  This was 4 days after I sent a second cease and desist email, and reported him to the FBI, who was not at all assistive.  The FBI interrogated and harassed me, fully knowing who KPD was.  In social media KPD continued to call me a WHORE in open media, a murderer and a porn actress. KPD obviously knows nothing about MKULTRA, or he is simply a CIA shill.

Paul Whelan, a former US marine, separated due to allegations of larceny, was apprehended by Russian FSB, Friday, December 28, 2018.  His cover story was that he was attending a wedding of a friend.  He took the wedding guests on a tour of several museums and the Kremlin.  FSB indicated that he was actively recruiting Russians to obtain intel for the US and he was taken into custody, Friday on charges of espionage. I can't help feeling as I edit this that I have lived this story before.  An overlapping time event.

Colleen Clapper contacted me at 11:44 am and stayed on the phone for 3 minutes.  The Clappers are relatives of James Robert Clapper, Jr., who served under Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, as Dir. Of the DIA, under George W. Bush, as Dir. of the National Geospatial Intel Agency; under GWB and Barack Obama as Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and under Obama as Dir. of the NSA. The Clappers’ called me just hours after my stalker posted some shit about me online just to say, “God Loves You Penny”.  

I asked, “Why are you calling me Colleen, I haven’t heard from you since Arizona. John had me triggered and threw me into a mental facility.”  She said she didn’t know John. I am going to say, you Colleen, are a liar of biblical proportions, just like all the treasonous Clapp on Clapp off, the Clappers, heads of MKULTRA.

I met Colleen Clapper at the Mrs. California International beauty pageant, which was a CIA rigged event.  Colleen lived in Mission Viejo where I had lived with my CIA MKULTRA, geneticist husband Steve Xenos.  The first time I met Colleen she sat in my car and talked to me for 6 hours.  She hypnotized and triggered me.  Colleen had several masters degrees, and I now know that she knew John because her entire family is CIA and NSA.  Sue Clapper, James wife was also NSA.  

Colleen contacted me in April of 2016 and again in December 2016, when I was at Brad’s house, (Brad is Albert Speer’s son) and she said she would contact John.  She said she worked with Satanic people in the entertainment industry.  I did not understand at the time that she WAS a Satanist and an MKULTRA handler for John.  Colleen triggered me repeatedly in a two-hour long conversation in December of 2016, because she is an MKULTRA handler.  She then contacted her boss, John, who told her to tell me he was on vacation with his family in Newport Beach and that he would call me.  Colleen reinforced the “love” aspect of the MKULTRA story by continually triggering me with code words and neurolinguistic programming,

Colleen was also a “gatekeeper” for James McDonald, of Harvest Church, who hates Trump.  James had quite a tawdry bout with financial malfeasance in his church wherein he allegedly withdrew from the ecumenical counsel.  In other words, James was stealing from his church.  James McDonald had triggered me repeatedly when I attended his church, Harvest Bible Chapel, in Elgin, Illinois.  He triggered me, because that is his job as a messenger of the Satanic bible, as it is all Pastors jobs; indoctrinate, take your money, control and trigger.  James triggered me many times, as I attended his church.  One major trigger was when he said he was going to prophesy, and he looked directly at me.  He uttered the biblical code words, “there was a man..sent from God..his name is John.”  That would be John, my brother, head of MKULTRA.

I started writing to James after that day and I did not know why I was writing to him.  I started prophesying about events to come.  I went to Branson twice.  The programming in place led me to believe that I was going to marry John.  The marriage, being the pinnacle of all human being’s desires to find their soul mate.  

At one point, when I was homeless, living in my car, traveling from Starbucks to Starbucks, researching, trying to find out why I had been erased for 58 years, I wrote to James again.  I was still trying to figure out who James was.  I said the promises of God ARE true James, but there was a man sent from God his name is John, that is a trigger, who are you?”  

James wrote a whole sermon.  He sent me an email, with only a subject line, no contents.  It read “Triage.”  I became very angry.  I realized Joseph Mengele was triage.  He said, “you live, you die, you get experimented on.” That was Mengele’s job in the German prison camps and in the deep underground military bases throughout the globe that he works in.

McDonald is one of the names of the 300.  Any Pastor in any church, has gotten to where he is BECAUSE he is a Satanist selling the DRAGO’s bible, their GOD, which is Satan, the DRAGO, reptilian species. There is a GOD, the Christos Consciousness, the God of love, the God of peace, the God of Justice, who is not their GOD, the actual Jesus; not the Jesus we have been proffered,  which Pope Borgia's son, Cesar, who had a baby with his sister, sat and had his rendering of Jesus in the form of a Vatican painting made, portraying the Jesus we have come to know.

When Collen Clapper called me, on Sunday, I asked her three times “why are you calling me?” She simply repeated “God loves you.”  I said, “your father in law is James Clapper of the NSA”, and she did not refute it. When I researched James, he had no children named James, but he did have a brother and a sister, so perhaps James is her husband’s uncle; but Colleen’s husband’s name is James, so he is Jame’s Clapper Jr.’s namesake nonetheless.  

Colleen told me that James was there.  I asked, “which James” She said, “James my husband.”  I asked again “Why are you calling me Colleen” realizing that another person whom I had trusted for many, many years had pretended to be something she was not.  Colleen wrote a book about Jesus and rainbows.  Her JESUS is a fake JESUS, the bible was written by DRAGO/Reptilians who are the SATAN from the bible.

In 2 Samuel, David is told by YAHWEH, the God of Israel to take a census; in First Chronicles 21 It says Then Satan stood against Israel and incited David to number Israel. There is a glaring discrepancy here; meaning Satan is YAHWEH, who is the God of the bible. John told an agent named Rey to tell me that he wanted to be called YAHWEH; so since I know he and Aquino are DRAGOs Satans, I am good with that.

I asked Colleen “Is this James from the NSA sending me a message?”  She sputtered on the other end and just reiterated, “God loves you.”  I said, “yes Colleen, you toured with Pedo Satanists Billie and Franklin Graham, and my brother John is the black pope, so I know who you worship.  You worship Satan, not the actual JESUS.  So yes, my God does love me, however, your God, Satan does not.”

January 1, 2019, New Years Day

New Year’s Day, there was an alleged assassination attempt against Trump purportedly initiated by the FBI thru a rouge marine unit, hired by the FBI.  

When James Comes was in congressional hearings, I asked God to send 10,000 Angels surrounding him.  I did not know at the time that the FBI was severely compromised.  Then I asked God to send down ALL the angels to surround Comey.  I think he listened because James Comey was fired as FBI head, May 9, 2017.  John’s son’s birthday is May 9th.  Happy birthday Johnny. Peter Strzok, the FBI agent, who was removed from the Russian Probe, 2017, testified before congress on Brad’s birthday, July 12, 2018, and was subsequently fired, approximately August 13, 2018, two days after my birthday.  

It was admitted through court record, thru texting evidence by Strzok, that Strzok, as a representative of the FBI, indicated that all measures would be taken by the FBI, to assassinate Trump, if he became president.  More than one investigation with FBI personnel indicated that the FBI was working in conjunction with Hillary Clinton, defending her emails. The FBI made it public knowledge that it hated Trump and they would find a way to assassinate Trump.  

When I heard of the alleged assassination attempt my mind went immediately to December of 2016  when I was supposed to see John New Year’s Day.  I talked to Brad about it and I talked to Colleen about it.  John had been flirting with me since October, 2016.  He kept telling me we would meet on New Years Eve.  Then in the first of December, when I was in Branson, he said he didn’t think he would be able to make it.  I cried.  I said, “we are just going to text each other from airport to airport right?”  He said “You never know what God has in store for us.”  No John, you never know.  Except that in the Bible, revelations shows that Satan is removed from this earth and slung into the lake of fire, CERN.

I also recalled the joke that John told me when he acted as my agent in the 90s.  John and Brad never tell me something that isn’t historically important.   They mock everything. John told me a joke about U2.   He said “I asked the children what they wanted for Christmas.  They said we want a video of you two.  A video of mom and me? He asked the children. They said no, the Band U2.  

Bono is 4th Reich, he works for the CIA, as did Sony Bono.  They have two pertinent songs.  The first was Sunday Bloody Sunday.  The NSA called me on Sunday.  The second was New Year’s Day, from the Album “War.” 

Trump was involved in a foiled assassination attempt, New Year’s Day, 2019.  

What is New Years about?

The Illuminati have a ball on New Years Eve.  It involves a lot of Satanic eyes wide shut stuff. December 29, 2018 Cynthia Von Buhler (Buhler’s day off) threw an Eye’s Wide Shut party.  Attendees came from all over the world, Amsterdam, Germany, Australia.  They offered a “Human cake” with the models feet sticking out of a body shaped dessert and a swimming mermaid in a tank.  Cynthia stated she was inspired by Marie-Helen de Rothschild’s 1972 surrealist ball attended by Audrey Hepburn and Salvador Dali.  

These “parties” serve real human baby body part aperitifs, baby blood fetuses in drinks, and any kind of orgies and satanic ceremony you can imagine.  Babies to have sex with; boys for boys and girls for men, orgies for days, murders and hunting of humans, and a meet and great with Satan, Mickey Aquino, Bush, John, Soros.. Etc.  Remember Satan is a species of Drago Prime.

Why do the illuminati celebrate New Years Eve? Why is the Ball (BAAL) dropped in Times Square.  The ball drop was originated by Adolph Ochs who was the owner of the New York Times; the ball itself was designed by Artkraft Strauss, December 31, 1907. 

The Ball drop is worship to BAAL.  Satan manages to steal time from planet earth,  and consistently placing us in one time line after another, erasing the earth vying for more time to keep the light bearers in a low frequency.  The earth cannot be entirely low frequency, because then DRAGO Satanious would not be able to enslave all of mankind.  DRAGO/Satan is like a roaring lion consuming all whom he may devour) will not be permitted into heaven; “the wolf and the lamb shall graze together; the lion shall eat straw like the ox and DUST shall be the serpent’s food.  They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain,” says the Lord.”

January 2, 2019 

Dr. William B. Mount uploads a video to his blogspot and Vimeo, and utube, explaining what happened in the alleged attempt against Trump.  He states that in October of 2018 he and his wife notified the Secret Service of an impending assassination attempt that would take place Jan 2 (give or take 3 days).  In December of 2017, Kevin Jackson is a guest on Fox news, and he floats the possibility from Outnumbered that the FBI has an assassination plot underway for Trump.

Dr. Mount states that there was an ex-marine recaptured in Russia (Paul Whelan) who was taken on Friday, December 27, 2018, who William believes was recaptured and then tortured by Russia to give up the information regarding the exact time of the assassination attempt on Trump and all those hired by the FBI as merc rogue forces.  He believes that Putin called Trump and warned him, thereby averting the attempt, which was then blacked out by all media under a D order (DOD, need to know, media blackout).  Media blackouts are used in a time of war to keep intelligence from the enemy.

I was phoned on Sunday, December 30, 2018 by the NSA, three days after the capture of Paul Whelan and three days before the assassination attempt on President Trump.  The illuminati love to tell you what they are going to do before and after.  The assassination attempt on Trump was averted.

Many believe that their is an impending Civil War. I believe it is slated with a first strike on 02.02.2020 under Marshall law in America(strike one).  

Ground Zero was Puerto Rico, a US territory, where thousands were disappeared under Marshall law, taken by FEMA on prison barges; then there was Houston, during Hurricane Harvey, where thousands again disappeared on. FEMA barges as well.

Hawaii, 2018

January 13, 2018, the Emergency Broadcast Agency sounded off an alert that the US was under ballistic missile attack.  This alert was then rescinded.  January 13 is a Satanic fixed ritual day for New Years.  May 3, 2018, the Hawaii’s Big Island was on high alert after the Kilauea volcano erupted.  Subsequently, over 2,000 people were evacuated. In May of 2018,  residents of Leilani Estates were surrounded by a platoon of FEMA agents and escorted to FEMA barges.  The devastating Volcanic eruption left approximately 8,000 homeless.  

FEMA barges are equipped with guillotines and hydrogen cyanide marked “water.”  In WWI hydrogen cyanide was used as a chemical weapon against the Central Powers by the French from 1916 and by the US and Italy in 1918.  Hydrogen Cyanide in the concentration range of 100-200 ppm in the air will kill a human within 10 to 60 minutes.  A hydrogen cyanide concentration of 2000 ppm will kill a human in about one minute.  Victims incarcerated in a small windowless room, will die in less than one minute.  Hydrogen cyanide is commonly listed among chemical airfare as a blood agent.

FEMA is the weaponized arm of the Department of Homeland Security.

Aquino trains the US forces in deep underground military bases, one of which is in Hawaii.  Containers were found in the waters off the coast of Hawaii, with body parts in November, 2018. Nancy Pelosi just went to Hawaii during the governmental shut down.  

David Wilcock, Agent for the People & the Deep State?

David Wilcock spoke on Jimmy Church January 2, 2019.  I was with you for the first part of the interview David, but then we ran into some glaring differences of opinion.  You see David, I am MKULTRA.  I, like Fiona Barnett, was tortured in deep underground military bases with the likes of Dr. Joseph Mengele, Dr. Michael Aquino, Albert Speers, Hitler’s relatives, and their children.  I almost married Albert Speers son, an entity which I believe to be a malevolent Grey.  My brother John looks like Joseph Mengele, I look like Irene Mengele, his wife and my murdered brother David looked like their son Rolf.

David stated that there is no shapeshifting biological material.  I beg to differ.  The black goo is real.  I have been given it and survived as well as another Agent whom I will call Agent 13.  David also said that we all live by the basic laws.  DRAGOS and GREY do not.  They are inter-dimensional beings. They are beings that reside underground as well as off planet.  They ARE the law.  They do not live under the direction of our constitutional laws, and defy the laws of gravity and the laws of nature.  They rule earth and are ABOVE earths laws.  They have their own set of laws to which they adhere to in the underground cities. 

David Icke says that these DRAGOS AND GREYS are inter-dimensional; therefore the actual shifting is a dimensional shift.  I take this to mean that some of us can actually perceive the dimension in which these entities are appearing in their natural form, masked within the form of a human body.  David also says that when they eat they gather and wear robes because they will shed their bodies.

The term shapeshifting is the one that this earth has accepted as a modality for viewing these individuals. When we are availed to their actual presence, they appear to us, human hybrids, as shapeshifting, for their shape, literally shifts, or morphs in front of our eyes. I personally, am good with this term.  Those that refute the shapeshifting aspect are simply trying to confuse the public with rhetoric, which makes attaining actual truth difficult as one verbiage refutes the the other.  

Currently there is so much misinformation through the mockingbird media, that no one knows what truth to grasp onto.  I have seen these entities in their form during sex with them, and after which I was electroshocked, erased and a memory of a pleasant sexual experience with the face that I thought I was sleeping with indelibly inserted.  This is so that that I could comprehend in my human mind events that are incomprehensible and also so that the SATANIOUS DRACONIS and GREY presence on planet earth will never be discovered. I would not be able to reveal who they were.

David Wilcock goes on to say that we should feel sorry for the stars involved in the Cabal.  Guess what Dave, that would be a negatory.  They have spent lives accruing wealth and hypnotizing the masses, taking their money and indoctrinating them and their children. David says we should feel sorry for Madonna, Beyoncé and JZ,  Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga and Katie Perry, as they are unwilling victims of illuminati.  No, Dave.  I’m going to say, absolutely bad advice. I stringently oppose this view.  

These wealthy and prestigious HellyWood Cabal ARE the Cabal they promote.  They engage in  spreading and promoting propaganda for the Cabal; they prey on the millions, indoctrinating them through their music, becoming copiously wealthy and powerful.  They mock the actual GOD and pay homage to SATANIUS DRACONIUS.   They attend award ceremonies, walk the Red Satanic carpet and stop blinking suspended in time in front of the cameras as they are turned on and off.  They satanically ritualize their children, sacrifice their babies and our babies to BAAL, attend Satanic illuminati lavish parties, perform heinous acts of sex and torture on human beings and eat the flesh and blood of babies.  They sex traffic humans and put baby fetuses and penis foreskin on their faces. 

I lived and worked in the industry.  From Miami to New York to California.  I was a singer, theatrically trained actress, and writer, by day, and in my double life an espionage agent for the CIA, under mind control.  I did not receive payment for any of the covert operations I was involved with and after each I was erased so that I retained no knowledge of it.  This was done so I could not trace the perpetrators.  Additionally, the actual ops are stored away somewhere in side of me, as I am my own file cabinet.  As I research from day to day, my actual file cabinet opens for me, a little bit more.  I tell people  although you we’re under mind control, you are a human computer.  We never stop recording. Information is gathered through our eyes, ears, through touch, smell and telepathic communication.  

Jimmy Church and David Wilcock

January 19, 2019, David Wilcock spoke on Jimmy Church’s Fade to Black radio show again.  David and Jimmy exchange banter about music and they each tweet out photos of their guitars.  David shoots out a photo of his Les Paul Supreme 2000, and Jimmy Church tweets out a photo of himself performing at the Whiskey in the 80’s wearing a bumblebee outfit.  

I wore a bumblebee outfit in the 80s in my video at the Goldenwest studios in Huntington Beach in my Band “Stranger” with my geneticist husband Steve Xenos.  His name means Stranger (Stranger Things).  GoldenWest Studios is the same studio that John took me to perform my video for the band Stinger. Bumblebee outfit, Stinger?

The Whiskey is two minutes from the Roxy and the Viper Room in LA, off of Sunset Boulevard.  This region is full of tunnels leading in and out all over California and throughout the United States.  These tunnels are used for baby sacrifice to eat the flesh and drink the blood of humans.  Hollywood pays homage to Satan.  

The Viper room was owned by Johnny Depp.  River Phoenix was sacrificed on October 31, Halloween. Johnny Depp had been filming a movie with River entitle Dark Blood.  He and Dark Blood was about a widower living in the desert who waits for the end of the world.  It premiered 20 years after his death. River was in the Cult Children of God and his family lived in Caracas, Venezuela as missionaries.  He was raped at the age of four.

Johnny Depp has a band called the Hollywood Vampires and his BFFs are Marilyn Manson, Danien Echols and John.  Johnny, Damien and Marilyn all have matching tattoos.  Marilyn and Johnny perform Say Ten, the hail to Satan at the Roxy.  

John Belushi died March 5, 1982 at the age of 33 (33 degree Mason), in Bungalow 3 (Unholy Ghost, Unholy father, Unholy Son) five minutes from the Viper, at the Chateau Marmont.  He was given a “hotshot” of pharmaceuticals by a mysterious woman; sacrificed to Satan.  Marmot (spelling divergency) means mischievous child who likes to play tricks, aka Satan.  Craig Ellwood designed two of the bungalows in 1956; In the Blues Brothers Movie, released June 16, 1980 (two years prior to John’s death) he plays a character named Jake (Jake is the name of my musician Angel in my book Bradford and Valentine).  Dan Aykroyd plays Elwood.

The Getty is within minutes from Santa Monica, Hollywood and Malibu where David Wilcox, Jimmy Church, and Kerry Cassidy all reside within minutes from one another.  

I played at the Roxy three times; once after returning from living in Vegas (Area51) once with Steve in his band “Name Withheld” and once when John managed me in Stinger.
