Why did Ron Patton from Ground Zero pre-record a show with me Sunday Feb 9, 2020. Well, the CIA never does a psyop for just one reason, there are always, many, many reasons; After much research I have discerned that Ron Patton is a cointel pro writer and podcaster adept at MIND CONTROL, who works the CON circuit; I had my own studios and ran my own bands and worked in many studios. Pre-recorded broadcasts permit you to edit content. My contact JaneX just told me that she used to edit content on the lecture circuit using audacity. She was able to cut a word out, and put words in. She had no formal training and she was completely self taught, but she was still able to edit voice documents with audacity which is not a sophisticated program. JaneX said, “all it takes is a little patience.” Patton and his staff are quite skilled at studio manipulation of audio files, it is their profession. Voice manipulation will completely trash someone’s intent and reputation. The desired effect is to trash me in all aspects.
Ron lived in San Diego and has or had a conspiracy store in San Diego, at the Book Tree. The Book Tree’s address is 3316 Adams Avenue, San Diego, California, in Normal Heights. It is 8 minutes from where I resided with my CIA husband for over 24 years. No coincidences, ever.
Ron Patton from GROUND ZERO contacted me via phone Thursday Feb 6, 2020, a few days after we had spoken on FB. Ron had posted a photo with John B. Alexander outting him as an alleged member of the Temple of SET and a Satanist. The photo was of John B. Alexander and Michael Angelo Aquino, Temple of SET, at an AFIO meeting.
John B. Alexander's name in the Aviary is the Penguin.
In context of my contact with Patton, a series of events precipitated his invitation to come on GROUND ZERO. Patton is an admitted descendant of General Patton; just as Jimmy Church is a descendant of Frank Church of the Church committee, whose members were convened and strategized by the Rothchilds, on behalf of disclosing that MKULTRA existed while at the same time lying that it ended. High Illuminati families with a military agenda of COINTELPRO.
The precipitating events involved my telephonic contact with a trained remote viewer who is targetted. Let’s call her JaneX. Jane X told me that one of her handlers had spoken with John B. Alexander. I told her that he was responsible for JEDI training, psyops, was born before Michael Aquino, but yet they had attained the same rank in the Army, Lt. Col. Alexander is described as a mercenary, meaning he will do and say anything to achieve his means. He worked at Los Alamos in New Mexico on Ultra Secret Projects involving what is described as non lethal weapons, which are anything but non lethal. Alexander studied death and after effects meaning he was privy to watching people die in his non lethal experiments conducted in deep underground military bases throughout the world. The movie Men Who Stare At Goats, was about Alexander, who was depicted in several of the characters as a composite.
After a lengthy conversation with JaneX we hung up around 5:30am my time. I went to twitter and found a tweet that Jane had posted earlier that afternoon on January 27 at 4:38 pm. JaneX had received a message ELEVEN minutes earlier on her phone at 4:27 pm from Eugene, Oregon. My brother David lived in Beaverton Oregon, my sister lived in Oregon and my ex husband Sam’s children’s grandmother lived in Oregon. Jane X just told me that she went to my website January 27, 2020 to see who I was. This was prior to ever speaking to me. She found my number there. She then started to text me something and noticed that within 15 minutes of going to my website she had a weird coded message which was sent to her on her phone before she even texted my phone or contacted me. She then texted my phone and we talked for several hours. At 5:40 am I found and responded to the tweet that she had made with the coded message. I responded on twitter to JaneX that there were no coincidences, text me this as a reminder and I wrote down the numbers.
We then talked January 28, and JaneX asked me if it meant something to me. I told her I believed it was meant for me and I began to decypher it. I am a cypherist. I recently deciphered cyphers by Tom Hanks, who is Opus Dei, directed at me. Tom Hanks was in the Da Vinci Code. His character was a brilliant cypherist who worked for the Vatican named Robert Langdon. Don of Langley, CIA. Tom was given that position as he is a high ranking Satanist Illuminatist in Hollywood. He reports to John, my evil brother, who is the actual black pope, in charge of entertainment and politics.
I spend two days deciphering the code. I had purchased a box of reading glasses on Amazon and had another box in my basket. The first five letters of the code was for LACOSTE reading glasses. LA are my middle initials, LA, the COST. When I worked for John, he booked me at the JW Marriott in Palm Desert, I played at COSTAS. Palm Desert is a sex trafficking international playground and a military town. Frank Sinatra, who Durrell knew, had a house in Palm Springs. Politicians, captains of industry, Presidents and movies stars, all had vacation homes in Palm Desert. President Truman disappeared from Palm Desert for 12 hours. A reporter was just about to publish that he saw Truman have a heart attack when he showed up at a church in Los Angeles saying he had a dental appointment. Maybe Truman was taken through the tunnels by Mengele, who is a dentist and was electroshocked and reprogrammed and died. Perhaps that is what the reporter saw. Truman was escorted through the tunnels in Palm Desert to Los Angeles.
Durrell, Albert Speer’s son, Hitler’s architect, had told me he gone to Betty Ford, in Palm Desert, with Chevy Chase, to get sober because his wife Julie had threatened to divorce him. I was engaged to Durrell for five years. Two months after we broke up he married Julie.
Palm Desert is a military town. My now allegedly dead second CIA husband Sam, worked at the Omni La Costa Resort in San Diego, as security. Sam was Carlsbad PD and worked under cover as a covert CIA agent for his Satanic Deputy Sheriff father and for John. Further deciphering of the cypher told me that the cypher was from John and Durrell, and it was regarding bio warfare. John and Durrell were involved in the experimentation at Area51, Montauk and Langley. Montauk is known for its experiments in genetic manipulation, torture, bio warfare, mind control and time travel, and has been the subject of many a book. The actual TOP covert agents involved in these Ultra Secret operations are still ultra secret. They are placed in CIA front organizations, hidden by the secret government. The CIA manual is the Art of Deception.
I was erased for 58 years. When I left Sam in San Diego I began to research and I slowly started recovering memories that were electroshocked, drugged, raped, and reprogrammed from my mind. The CIA has technology which utilizes brain reading software, V2S. It can transmit and receive messages, sent to the brain. It can simulate the “voice of God” and mimic AI versions of entities which have had their consciousness uploaded into master computers. It can steal proprietary intellectual property, and literally erase the mind. I was erased hundreds of times, having to learn how to walk and talk all over again.
The cypher which JaneX sent me, indicated that it was John and Durrell and they were Ground Zero for Agenda21, which I already knew. The cypher said it was DOD based from the Directorate of Joint Warfare. It ended with the acronym CAPS. I was not sure what CAPS meant. The following day END TIMES productions released a video about the Bill and Melinda Gates Event 201 simulation hosted by Johns Hopkins Oct 14, 2019. At 0.58 (my birth year is 1958) it stated:
The outcome of the CAPS pandemic in event 201 was catastrophic.
CAPS, Coronavirus associated pulmonary syndrome. The last letters in the cypher.
Within days after deciphering the cypher I was then apprised on FB of the photo Ron Patton produced, as bait, stipulating that he was against John B. Alexander. This revelation then prompted me to contact Patton and then I find out that Alexander is on my friends list. Alexander responds to the allegations put forth by PATTON, but directs this to me: “Those who know not, that they know not.. are fools”. What a ninja thing to say. I then respond with a lengthy response starting with “I once was blind, John, but now I see”. Anyone can look at the photo with John and Aquino and know that they are in the same boys Satan Club. John also deflects and says in reference to Acquino “he died a couple of months ago.” I respond interesting because the Temple of Set said nothing about it and so sad, no one to update his WIKI page.
I then seek out Ron and comment on the post. Then Ron and I speak on the phone. Ron said he wrote for Paranoia magazine and he was the producer of GROUND ZERO with Clyde Lewis; I never heard of Ron Patton or Clyde Lewis. Approximately two days later Ron asked me via instant messenger to do a show on Sunday, Feb 9, 2020, quite short notice. I foolishly agreed.
While I was being recorded, for the show, I began to tell my story. I said I was married to Steve Xenos by a Satanist Ordained from the Satanic Universal Life Church.
Ron halts me by stating that he IS a minister in the Universal Life Church and he proceeds to refute that it was a Satanic Church. I m

The Universal Life Church is an internet based church, and its mission statement indicates non religious preference; however, its actual agenda is quite different; Just like the CIA’s agenda is not protection but deception. The ULC ordains ministers to officiate over marriages, baptisms, funerals etc., and OTHER SPIRITUAL RITES. It states that anyone can start their own church under any religion. ULC Universal (One World New World Order) Luciferian Church.

Hello, this is Rev. Amalga9(Apryl Dawn Craddock) I am relatively new to the ministry. I am not a student of the seminary yet, but I have a calling and fully intend to make full use of the seminary for my betterment. I have noticed that a great portion of ULC ministers are of the Abrahamic persuasion. This is understandable considering it is the USA but with the rise in popularity and the need for representation of nonabrahamic religions, I feel that the ULC could be doing more. To that end, I endeavor to become the best ULC Minister I can. I am ordained with both the "Seminary" and the "Monastery". I am a Left Hand Path Minster with specialties in Theistic Satanism, Sithism, and Vampyrism. I feel that my area of expertise goes largely unrepresented or provided for by the ULC. I think the reason for this is because there is confusion on how to provide for the LHP ULC ministers becuase they are not as uniform in their needs as most of the RHP ULC ministers. I hope to change that. I wish to create a ULC Church that will help to define all forms of Satanism in general in such a way that the ULC will be able to provide both resources and training for its LHP ULC ministers. I have no doubt that this could take years even decades to accomplish but I know Lord Satan will help me. Hail Satan!!!

While the writer states that his areas of expertise in Theistic Satanism, Sithism and Vampirism are largely unrepresented, I put forth that the ULC is in fact, a method for millions of covert Satanists to start their own churches and organized covens under the ULC banner; Universal Luciferian Church.
The HQ of the ULC is in Satanic Modesto where my evil Satanist deep state brother John, who was my agent, slept with me at the Modesto Red Lion, in the 90s. I wanted to halt the interview, but I continued, quite angry that I was on another BS cointel pro show whose sole agenda was discreditation;
In re to the ULC, it has ordained over 18,000,000 ministers since its 1962 inception. "The ULC has ordained ministers from a wide range of backgrounds and beliefs, including Christians, atheists, Wiccans and pagans, and people of many other faiths."
Here are some well know sex trafficking illuminatist who are "ministers" for the ULC, MKULTRA illuminati talk show hosts, Stephen Colbert, Conan O'Brien, all four of the Beatles who were devotes of Crowley, Satanist Sammy Davis Jr, who has his photo with Aquino and LaVey, Satanist Hugh Hefner and Vanilla Ice.
Lady Gaga is an ordained Minister. Gaga reports to John, the Wizard of Oz, the puppet master behind the curtain, Sex trafficker Rick Branson is a Minister. The Rock works for Satanic Disney and Hollywood, sold his soul a long time ago; Sir Ian McKellen, all the Sirs are in Service to the Queen, MI6.
Becoming a Minister in this church is not just a lark to "officiate" over the marriage of a friend, as Patton feigned innocence. If you want to marry a friend you can pay $50 and go down to the courthouse, without any ties to any organization. I know, I was a trained wedding coordinator.
The “minister” who married me to Steve Xenos was a Satanist and a "minister" in THIS church; the lie that Patton told is "I just wanted to officiate over a friend's wedding". The ULC is quite well known to be the choice for high priests and priestesses who preside over Satanic ceremonies.
I do not get to finish who Steve Xenos was. We are off on a bullshit debate about ULC.
When I begin to speak about Stranger Things; I say that Charlie Kessler sued the Duffer Brothers in 2019 because he stated that they obtained the concept predicated upon his movie Montauk. Ron then interrupts me and states that Project Montauk, the book, was actually the basis for Stranger Things, not the movie Montauk, written by Charlie Kessler. He says he interviewed Preston.. So not the point.

What does COINTEL DO? It changes the context of my statement. It also says things I do not mention, and intervenes with information about other people.
Ron, I never said whose influence formed the basis for Stranger Things, I simply stated Charlie Kessler had a beef with the Duffers, but Patton plants seeds to try to discredit my statement and changes the flow of my statement by interjecting someone I do not readily recognize.
I did incorrectly state, in the interview, that Kessler's Montauk premiered at Satanic Sundance, where Kessler said he met and spoke with the brothers. It actually premiered at Tribeca Film Festival. While a stickler for details, he is bent on pounding me into the ground, and getting me very angry.. This is not an interview--- it's an ambush.
YES I WAS WRONG ABOUT THE MOVIE'S PREMIERE VENUE:
It was Penny Lane's Hail Satan that premiered at Sundance, Robert Redford’s venue. Robert Redford was a handler. I used to call Durrell, my first agent manager fiance and someone who I now believe is Albert Speer's illegitimate son, my Robert Redford. I was engaged to Durrell for five years.
Redford and Streisand were named in a sex trafficking map as procurers in the elite illuminatist sex trafficking rings. Bob’s Sundance co-founder Sterling Van Wagenen, a respected figure in the MORMON community, was arrested April 30, 2019, and he plead guilty to one charge of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. He was jailed for six years to life on July 2, 2019; He was most fortunate that more was not uncovered.
Of significance regarding Sundance pertaining to GROUND ZERO is that it is in UTAH. Ground Zero's founder and host is Clyde Lewis. I have never met nor spoken to Clyde, but if he’s anything like Ron, I don’t think I would want to engage in a dialogue.
Now I do cursory research, because I just did an interview with someone trying to take me down.
According to his resume, Clyde was born Louis Clyde Holder, Feb 22, 1964 in Murray UTAH; He was an actor, Nightfall in 1998, Cage in Box Elder, 2000, Toxic Avenger voice in Citizen Toxie;
He was a news reporter in High School. He was a producer and sound engineer ar KBBX Gospel in Bountiful Utah; What I found most interesting was that Clyde was an LDS MISSIONARY who went to Argentina; Mengele went to Argentina and San Paulo Brazil.
The Mormon MOB funded Las Vegas; the Mormans also have the genealogical records, which I am sure in conjunction with the Vatican’s intervention, they have altered.
LDS have many factions. The primary faction is a polygamy cult, which operates in Human Resources as currency. Polygamists have been known to have up to 100 wives. They interbreed with their daughters, have sex with children, anything goes. The Mormon Conspiracy writes about Mind Control within the LDS church. Combatting CULT Mind Control, by Steven Hassan lists four components of Mind Control, control of behavior, control of thoughts, control of emotions, and CONTROL OF INFORMATION (COINTELPRO).
So.. is Clyde a MIND CONTROL expert? I don’t know, I don’t know him. He WAS an LDS MISSIONARY WHO WENT TO ARGENTINA.
MORMONCONSPIRACY.COM offers this to say about Mormon Mind Control:
“What is it with mind control that causes people to believe in magical and mystical organizations such as the Mormon Church, an organization basing its beliefs on a fairy-like story of Joseph Smith’s golden plates and his translation of these plates (with God’s help) in writing the Book of Mormon? How is it that an organization is able to attract and keep members whose donations allow it to build a 50 billion dollar empire? The Double-Bind is then employed that confuses and denies the Bound the ability to “think or feel rationally.” For example, whereas church doctrine (D&C 93:36) teaches The glory of God is intelligence, or, in other words, light and truth, church leaders say You will remain silent on those [doctrines] where differences exist between you and the Brethren. (Bruce McConkie’s Letter, Feb. 19, 1981)
“What The Pattern does, in effect, is turn the independent rational mind around so that the Bound reflects only the mind of the Binder, as a mirror. It creates a whole new orientation of the world, a conversion from the logical to the illogical-- the real to the unreal -- the truth to lies.”
This concept of controlling thought is explained further: “In the real world, nature provides us with an open system of trial and error, awareness and learning. Exercising our own bodies, senses, minds and self-direction allows us to reach for the stars, to see a greater range of possibilities and fulfill ourselves by being true to ourselves. In contrast, The Pattern, or upside-down world of Mormonism, took away our individuality. We became part of the mass known as the Latter-day Saints. We were instructed several times a week about what to think, what to believe, how to behave, what to read, how to dress and how to spend our money.”
Joseph Smith was a master at using The Pattern in sidestepping any questions or problems that he faced in his leadership of the Church. One example of Smith’s applying The Pattern is when he told Oliver Cowdery and Hiram Page that he had a revelation from God that they should go to Toronto, Canada and sell the copyright of his Book of Mormon. After returning in failure, these men asked Smith why their mission had failed since it was a revelation from God. Smith went into another room for a few minutes and returned saying that the whole thing had merely been a test to see if they would do all things whatsoever the Lord commanded them. (It’s not God or Joseph that messed up, it was Hiram and Oliver, who needed to be tested, who failed.)
GROUND ZERO is it a professional venture of MIND CONTROL and CONTROLLED OPPOSITION, because that’s what my interview with Ron felt like—- controlled opposition.
Now I start to realize everything that Patton is doing, and I am getting angrier; I didn't look up who wrote the Montauk Project until after the interview. I then have a chance to regroup and I recontact Ron on instant messenger.
I realize that the Montauk Project was written by Peter Moon and Preston Nicols.. I tell him that I argued with Pete Moon on instant messenger. I say Pete LIED to me and said he knew NOTHING about MKULTRA. I tell him that Pete started his dissertation by saying that I was going to have to prove that Eleven was actually me. I said I do not have to prove anything Pete; I will just write about the thousands of "coincidences" pertaining to my ACTUAL LIFE, and let the readers decide;
When I found out it was me I emailed Durrell and told him; of course no one responds; deep state hides like a coward;
When talking to Pete, I go off IM and to Google. I looked up Pete’s resume. He said that he had ghostwritten his books. Meaning that he ghost wrote for Preston, so the book Montauk Project was not actually about him but was Preston’s “story”.
I saw he had written 15 books on time travel. Moon moved from California to Long Island; I told Pete it would have been impossible to write 15 books on time travel without knowing everything about MKULTRA; MKULTRA WAS mind control, genetic manipulation, bio warfare AND time travel.
So if Pete didn’t know ANYTHING about MKULTRA, as he told me, how could his co-written ghosted book Montauk Project be ABOUT MKULTRA, and have formed the basis for Stranger Things. Stranger Things lies.
In interviews re the Duffers influences they cited Steven Spielberg, John Carpenter and Stephen King as main influences. The Duffers said their influences came from a thousand different places, and though there are a couple of intentional homages, "it's not us trying to find moments to do an homage to stuff."
History Channel's The Dark Files presented the story of alleged US Military funded human experimentation also known as the Montauk Project. Former CIA operative Barry Eisler, award-winning journalist Steve Volk, Chris investigated the rumours that inspired the Netflix series Stranger Things.
Ron alleges to me that Preston Nicols is the inspiration for Stranger Things.

The crazy government conspiracy theory that inspired 'Stranger Things'
The Montauk Project is claimed to have been a series of government experiments that were done at Camp Hero or Montauk Air Force Station in Montauk, Long Island. Stories of the experiments have circulated since the 1980s, saying they focused on psychological-warfare techniques and things like time travel, teleportation, and mind control. (Though the stories, many of which come from supposed repressed memories, are not at all confirmed and should be taken with a grain of salt.)
As for "Stranger Things"? Well, the show was originally titled "Montauk" when it was picked up by Netflix, and the synopsis (reported by Slash Film) makes it pretty clear the creators were inspired by those repressed memories:
"Described as a love letter to the ’80s classics that captivated a generation, the series is set in 1980 Montauk, Long Island, where a young boy vanishes into thin air. As friends, family and local police search for answers, they are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl."
Thrillist, highlights a man named Preston Nichols, who claims to have memories of being involved in a specific experiment known as the “Montauk Chair,” which amplifies psychic powers. I have memories too— I believe my mother Millie was part of those experiments, pre Montauk. She also painted a lighthouse that looked like Montauk.
See if this description of an experiment from Nichols' book “The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time” sounds familiar:
The first experiment was called ‘The Seeing Eye.’ With a lock of person's hair or other appropriate object in his hand, Duncan [Cameron, supposed psychic] could concentrate on the person and be able to see as if he was seeing through their eyes, hearing through their ears, and feeling through their body. He could actually see through other people anywhere on the planet.”
Kind of sounds like the experiment being done on Eleven before she opens the Upside Down portal on "Stranger Things."
And in this excerpt from Nichols’ book he writes about how Duncan summoned a monster while on the chair:
“We finally decided we’d had enough of the whole experiment. The contingency program was activated by someone approaching Duncan while he was in the chair and simply whispering ‘The time is now.’ At this moment, he let loose a monster from his subconscious. And the transmitter actually portrayed a hairy monster. It was big, hairy, hungry and nasty. But it didn’t appear underground in the null point. It showed up somewhere on the base. It would eat anything it could find. And it smashed everything in sight. Several different people saw it, but almost everyone described a different beast.”
We've had fun naming all the movies that "Stranger Things" is paying homage to, but it's equally fascinating to see how it's playing with decades-old government conspiracy theories.
And that's not quite all. "Stranger Things" also echoes another real project known as Project MK-ULTRA, the CIA's covert, illegal program doing scientific research on human subjects. During the Cold War, the CIA subjected people to experiments with drugs including LSD, and some argue the program was for the purposes of mind control, as Time reports.

UPDATED: The director of “Montauk,” a six-minute film about an incident on a Long Island beach, filed a lawsuit Tuesday accusing the creators of “Stranger Things” of ripping off the idea.
Charlie Kessler says he made the short film in 2012 as a teaser for a feature film to be called “The Montauk Project.” He alleges that he pitched the idea to Matt and Ross Duffer, the co-creators of the Netflix sci-fi hit, when they met at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2014. Kessler says the idea went nowhere at the time, but the Duffer brothers used it as the germ for “Stranger Things,” which debuted in 2016.

The success and mass cultural appeal of Netflix’s Stranger Things is in part due to the way in which it incorporates familiar story tropes and cinematic techniques to create a show that feels simultaneously fresh and nostalgic. While the influence of cultural giants like Steven Spielberg and Stephen King is obvious, at least one man feels that the show’s creators, brothers Matt and Ross Duffer, took more from him than mere inspiration.
In April 2018, Charlie Kessler filed a lawsuit against the Duffer Brothers, alleging that the Duffers had misappropriated his ideas, which he had allegedly discussed with them during a conversation at a premiere party at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2014, to create Stranger Things. Kessler alleges that he discussed with the Duffers his ideas and his unproduced screenplay “The Montauk Project” based on the supposedly “real” Montauk Project first described in the Montauk Project series of books by Preston Nichols. The supposed Montauk Project is the subject of a conspiracy theory/urban legend that purports that the United States government engaged in paranormal experiments on people, including children, at the former Air Force Facility Camp Herolocated near Montauk, NY. In 2011, Kessler also made a short film based on the urban legend called “Montauk.”
The Duffer Brothers acknowledge that Stranger Things is also based in part on the legends surrounding the Montauk Project, and an early version of the show was actually also called “Montauk,” and was to be set in the eastern Long Island town. However, the Duffers claim that, while inspired in part by the urban legend, they independently created the show’s concept based on their own interest in the urban legend, and have emails dating back to 2010 in which they describe ideas for a show based on the Montauk Project before Kessler released his short film, as well as a pilot script, that while still set in Montauk, features many of the important characters and plot elements of Stranger Things and was written in 2013 before the Duffer Brothers may have spoken to Kessler. The Duffer Brothers note they eventually changed the setting from Montauk to the fictional setting of Hawkins, Indiana for both creative and practical reasons such as being able to film in Atlanta.
It should be noted that in early media reports, attorneys for the Duffer Brothers seemed to outright deny any meeting between the pair and Kessler saying “[t]he Duffer Brothers have neither seen Mr. Kessler’s short film nor discussed any project with him.” In their motion for summary judgement, the Duffers do not seem to confirm or deny the veracity of Kessler’s account, and instead suggest that even if Kessler’s statements are true as to a meeting that his claim should fail anyway. However, the motion does say that the Duffer Brothers did attend the party where Kessler claims to have spoken to them. For purposes of this post, we will assume that the meeting between Kessler and the Duffers did occur.
The Cause of Action- Breach of an Implied Contract
While Kessler claims the Duffers took his ideas and used them to create “Stranger Things,” his lawsuit does not assert a violation of copyright, but instead that the Duffers violated an implied-in-fact contract. In their motion for summary judgement, the Duffers claim that Kessler had in 2016 threatened a lawsuit for misappropriation of copyrighted material, but “went silent” on the issue after Netflix “responded with a letter explaining why
[his] copyright claim was meritless[.]” While Kessler did not bring his threatened copyright action, 18 months later he did bring his current breach of contract claim.
Essentially, Kessler claims that his conversation with the Duffers at the premiere party, which the Duffers characterize as a “cocktail party,” and “in light of… well-established customs and practices of the entertainment industry and on the mutually understood condition and bilateral expectation that Defendants would not disclose, use and/or exploit the Concepts without Plaintiff’s permission and/or without compensating Plaintiff… Defendant’s actions and conduct implied and led Plaintiff to reasonably believe that Defendant’s would not disclose, use, and/or exploit the Concepts without Plaintiff’s permission and/or without compensating Plaintiff.” This type of claim, that someone breached an implied contract about the use of a television show idea, is not uncommon in the entertainment industry, and is based on the idea that it is standard practice to give compensation for the use of pitched ideas.
The Duffers’ Defenses
Given the nature of this claim, the details of the conversation between Kessler and the Duffers, as well as the similarities between Stranger Things and Kessler’s works, become vitally important.
In their motion for summary judgement the Duffers ask for the case to be dismissed on three grounds. First, that their interaction with Kessler did not create an implied contract of any kind and was merely “small talk.” Secondly, that the Duffers independently created Stranger Things, as evidenced by their emails and written materials which predate their alleged meeting with Kessler, and that independent creation is a complete defense to breach of an implied contract. Finally, the Duffers also argue that Kessler’s ideas were not “novel,” and that the court should utilize New York law, which requires the expressed ideas to be novel in breach of implied contract claims, as opposed to California law which does not require novelty.
Quite frankly, all three defenses are convincing. While “customs and practices of the entertainment industry” may imply a contract not to use somebody else’s ideas from a pitch meeting, it is hard to reason that should extend to all exchanges of ideas regardless of context. Kessler claims the Duffer Brothers told him they should all “work together” and asked him what he was “working on,” but even in his version of events he spoke with the Duffers for no more than 15 minutes and he never tried to follow up with them. Kessler suggests the conversation started with discussing the science fiction genre in general, and that for his part he did not know who the Duffer Brothers were. The Duffer Brothers suggest that the alleged conversation, even as Kessler describes it, would have been nothing more than “small talk” at a “cocktail party.” If the Duffer Brothers were as prominent then as they are now, perhaps the analysis would be different, as more powerful players in Hollywood could perhaps more readily coax individuals, intentionally or not, to divulge details about aspirational projects. In fact, to counteract this many movie studios have policies to discard or return unsolicited scripts unopened, in order to head off accusations of idea stealing. However, at the time it seems unlikely that the Duffer Brothers’ alleged statements should have led Kessler to believe that their conversation incorporated the protections of a formal pitch meeting.
While the second defense of independent creation is probably the strongest, it makes sense to quickly look at the third, the novelty requirement defense. The Duffers argue that Kessler’s ideas are either directly inspired by the legends surrounding the Montauk Project, or are simply common narrative devices that arise naturally in connection to these ideas, a sort of scènes à faire defense. The interaction between modern urban legends and conspiracy theories, which at least in part purport to be factual, and copyright law is an intriguing area. However, whether Kessler’s or the Duffer Brothers’ ideas are novel seems more like a question of fact.
The second defense of independent creation seems straightforward and is the Duffers’ best argument. The 2010 emails allegedly show the Duffers were working on ideas related to the Montauk Project and similar to “Stranger Things” at that time. The early pilot-like script from 2013 has a plot which closely tracks many of the plotlines that would eventually be present in the final version of Stranger Things. While Kessler alleges other specific elements of overlap, the Duffers seem to suggest that those elements are not novel and that these writings show that they had independently created many of the major elements of Stranger Things before any alleged meeting with Kessler.
Ultimately, the Duffers’ physical evidence of independent creation likely means that Kessler cannot outright win on his contract claim. While the Duffers’ other arguments are also reasonable, the emails and their early writings help confirm a version of events that suggests that even if a meeting between the Duffer Brothers and Kessler did take place, it would have just been a striking coincidence. It paints a picture, whether factual or not, that at a premiere party at Tribeca Film Festival in 2014, an unknown filmmaker met, largely by chance, a pair of similarly unknown filmmakers and had a brief conversation, and that each party was developing their own similar “Montauk” projects completely independently of the other. It is quite a coincidence to be sure, but stranger things have happened.
THE REAL LIFE ELEVEN
Preston Nicols claimed he is the real life Eleven; I did not know Preston personally however, James Rink, a super soldier did.
James contacted me to interview me while I was in a locked facility. I had been warned by my CIA family I would be made homeless, jailed and locked in a crazy house, as ordered by my deep state brother John who works with Bush, Clinton, Obama, Ratzinger, Francis, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and a cornucopia of who's who in politics, gov, industry and entertainment.
I WAS framed, jailed, made homeless, and then electronically triggered on my phone and led to a hospital in an MKULTRA state where I was stripped of my clothing and glasses and asked to sign a piece of paper; My car was taken by my niece, my laptop computer, clothing and phone taken and wiped, and I was signed into a crazyhouse for a YEAR.
While I was in the crazy house, James Rink contacted me and asked to interview me. I told him I had been erased and was regaining my memories; He then disappeared. He also said “well you were erased so you don’t know anything.”
After I spoke with Penny Bradley I tried to recontact James. When I did contact him he gave me some information I tried to verify. I trust no one. When I tried to vet him, by verifying his story he attacked me verbally; I blocked him.
FAST FORWARD 4 YEARS
Four years have transpired. It is now Feb 3, 2024, and I am reviewing this article.

I was contacted by another podcaster, Dolly in Denmark, who knew another malevolent super solider who was in the Danish army named John Kent. I found out that John Kent is bisexual and a practicing warlock.
He represents himself as being in the Luciferian Gallactic Federation of Light. He is not a light bearer, he is a malevolent Warlock. He sent me a photo of a crow he had killed and hung upside down, a spell he and his men put on me. I blocked Kent after shouting out there is something rotten in Denmark and its name is John Kent.
Dolly, was part of the MARS group. She asked me to do an interview with Penny Bradley. The two Pennys. One bad, Penny BADLEY and one good, Penny L.A. SHEPARD.
I watched Penny BADLEY fawn over a guitarist at the MARS conference. I worked in the industry my entire life, I married a guitarist, Steve Xenos, who played like Eddie VanHalen. Eddie went to school in Pasadena, and Steve went to school in Palos Verdes. I am sure that they must have known one another thru respective teachers. I was in the business my entire life. So when I see someone fawning and idolizing a musician, I have a great deal of questions.
James said he would not interview me because I was erased and didn't know anything. I subsequently did an interview with the Penny Bradley who I also blocked when she became quite caustic to me.
I later found out she and the MARS project leader, Andy Basagio, were receiving funding from a stalker the NSA sent me, Kevin Purfield, who stalked the victims of the Aurora theatre shooting in which the Dark Knight premiered.
QUESTIONS RE TARGETTING OF AUTHORS
Did Preston or Peter Moon get framed and go to jail; were either of them tortured and erased for 58 years; did either of them have implants in their body?
Were they drugged on a daily basis for 58 years? Were they thrown in crazyhouses and jailed? Were they made to kill people under MKULTRA as a manufacturered killer utilizing tradecraft requiring assassinations? Were they kicked out of the workforce? Were they chained in hospitals and continually experimented on for 60 years?
Did either of them marry Steve Xenos, whose name MEANS STRANGER? Were they MRS. STRANGER? Did they have a band named Stranger?
Were they declared enemy of the state by James Clapper? Were they used in SRA Satanic rites to preside over ritual murders? Were they sex trafficked thru Hollywood and to White House personnel?
Were they made homeless? Were all of their photographs and possessions taken over and over again?
Or, maybe, did they work under MKULTRA on the projects, was Preston a Satanist and a perpetrator?
Did Preston steal the stories of dead victims and erased survivors..I do not know.. I didn't know Preston. I do know Pete Moon was a scientologist--a member of a mind controlled cult.
I DO know that Eleven depicts my actual life; Born Aug 11, 1958, my name was taken and I was given a number, my day of birth. My name Penny is short for Penelope which aka is Elle.
Preston Nichols recently passed away, October 5, 2018. I got out of the crazy house towards the end of Sept, 2018. Preston was born on born May 24, 1946 and was 72 when he died. Michael Aquino was born October 16, 1946. Alfred Bielek passed away on October 10, 2011 in Guadalajara, Mexico. Al was born on March 31, 1927 and was 84 years old at the time of his death. He was buried at a local cemetery in Guadalajara.
Duncan presently (October, 2018) has 4th stage prostate cancer and it is hard to expect him to live too much longer.
While Preston MAY have been an individual experimented upon he certainly does not fit the profile of Eleven.
First Preston is a man; I am a woman.
Preston was born May 24, 1946; I was born Aug 11, 1958, Penny L. Fortner (which I knew was not my last name even as a child) and I was baptised Ann; My first name was taken from me and I was referred to as my day of birth Aug 11; My middle initial was L.
The character's name is Jane Ives, but she is called Eleven. I was born in Hollywood but I was raised in Ives Estates, I went to Madie Ives Elementary, I lived off Ives Dairy Road.
My mother's name was Millie; Eleven is played by Millie Bobby Brown; I found out I have a brother named Bobby and Brown in German is Braun; Eva Braun; I was raised by Hitlers, Eichman's, Mengeles and Speers. The Mengers aka Mengele's raised me.
I married Steve Xenos, his name MEANS STRANGER; I had a band called Stranger; While I did not change my last name, I was LITERALLY MRS. STRANGER.
The comparisons do not end; they go on and on and on and on; I can't even expound upon them all here. But I will write further on it in another chapter.
My story is quite complex; But I was not permitted to tell it on Ground Zero; Patton wanted me "zeroed out" for credibility.
Re Preston's books, I have not read his books; I do not chose to read them; I have written books that were taken from me; My brother David was MURDERED for writing a book about my CIA family. Yet Preston, Moon, Duncan, Bielek, all profited from their experiences; how "strange" is that? I have some weird connection to Bielek, I drew his map in the crazy house. I had never seen it before.
I did an interview on spreaker when I was locked in the crazyhouse. The interview was with Eric Schneider and GG Bresler; shortly thereafter they blocked me; Eric said that the CIA stole his cat out of a locked car. Eric had invited me to a podcast of a friend of his. There were three people on the podcast, the woman, Eric and John DeSouza. Desouza read my messages; he billed himself as FBI for 28 years and an XMan; said he consulted on the XFiles television show. It was a long podcast. I told him who I was an that I was actually the Xfiles as I married Steve Xenos and the XFiles was opened on a wiggy case of xenotransplantation filed under X in the file cabinet. Xenotransplation is the transference of genetic materials from one species to another.
I asked John DeSouza, later on, to watch after Eric because he said he was being targetted by the CIA. He was not. GG Brssler said he was being targetted, he was not. Both are running around free, hanging making money, and making up lies about people and discrediting them.
A year after the interview Mike Deacon asked to interview me; I declined because Mike interviewed Michael Aquino, (who is twinned with my evil brother John) and indicated his support of Aquino, thus stating his predilection for Satanism; He then produced a show WITH Eric where they spoke about me in my absence, assasinating my character. Eric stated I displayed signs of four different personalities and I was schitzophrenic; Thats a lie. Gee Eric when did you become a doctor?
Guess what fellas, I get angry when lies are told about me and when lies in general are perpetrated and when misdirection and cointelpro CIA reindeer games are being played on me. I cry when I am emotionally bruised, or when I feel others pain, I am an empath; I laugh when something strikes me as humorous; I am..a human.. Emotions, are used against those of us who actually feel.
I DO know this, that Preston, Pete Moon, Duncan, Swerdlow and many others have possession of some classified knowledge, just HOW they obtained this knowledge is questionable; I already know Pete is a liar; he proved that to me; I also know Swerdlow is a charlatan; Rink is programmed and trains and grooms other super soldiers; he has gleaned much of his intel thru friendships like Preston, thru books and interviews. So if Preston is a perp, Satanist and liar, what information could he possibly give to Rink?
I know Andy Basagio. He started the. MARS Project. He is ill and is going blind. He is a lawyer.
Basagio ran for President against Trump. He claims Project Pegasus. These Projects DO exist; it is not clear if all the people writing books were involved as victims, or as perpetrators of the victims; there are thousands of projects; All ops fall under MKULTRA, mind control, genetic engineering, bio warfare and time travel.
My best friend Suzy talked to Andy. I told her to tell him I am sorry I was mean to him, but my stalker was talking to people in the MARS group about Me and giving money to people in the group. The stalker ended up on a 200,000 bond and got locked up. I was not the only person he stalked.
Basagio's entire MARS project unfortunately is infiltrated with stalkers and charlatans. My stalker also stalked the mayor of Oregon, two feds and his judge..
Many disinfo agents run businesses and make money off their workshops, books and seminars. The super soldier program is real; but the stories the super soldiers like Corey Goode are telling is regurgitation of scripted material, full of lies intermingled with truth. The object is to make money. GAIA whose HQ is located in Colorado, has produced people like Corey Goode..
WHATS THE STRANGER THINGS POINT?
The point I was never permitted to make on Ground Zero was that I contacted Charlie Kessler's lawyer because if he said the Duffers stole HIS story, then I wanted to know how HE knew so much about me. TWO weeks after I talked to Charlie's lawyer, I read Charlie dropped the lawsuit, so I recontacted Mike, Charlie's lawyer.
Mike said he gave my website and collage to Charlie but Charlie didn't want to talk about it. I then texted Mike back “Strange right? HOW did the Duffer Brothers have so much pertinent information pertaining UNIQUELY to MY LIFE.”
But in this BS COINTELPRO interview, with host Ron Patton, he had successfully utilized his disinfo skills to shift the focus from my actual story and subsequently put me in defensive stature and a state of abject anger.
He placed me in a position that I must try to prove which story the Duffers took THEIR story from. I do not care which made up “STORY” they took their series from.
What I CARE about is that they are CONSISTENTLY writing MY LIFE in their series. Patton wanted to jump into the Preston aspect saying that Preston was Eleven; indicating that I WAS NOT; thus I calling me a liar. That appeared to be the focus of his mission.. Why, I do not know.
The Montauk Project existed; I was IN IT; however Preston's book was not actually of any consequence pertaining to me; neither was Charlie's movie other than Eric Schneider played the Montauk movie for me to watch.
In reviewing Kessler's premiere of the movie, I realized I stated earlier in this article that it premiered at Sundance; just as I stated on Ground Zero; that was incorrect; it premiered at Tribeca Film Festival.
So thru the art of obscuration and deflection from the actual truth, Patton expertly guided the narrative away from anything which would permit me to be seen as credible.
I contacted Kessler because if he said it was his concept I wanted to know how KESSLER knew so much about me. I gave my information to Kessler's attorney; I sent my collage and my website, and said everyone knows Stranger Things is based on a true story; I asked Mike to pass my message to Kessler because I believed I had been at Montauk and at 58 I started recovering memories. I am still recovering memories. I now believe I may have remote viewed from a military base in Florida, goinds on at Montauk. There were many projects, and there were more German scientists and CIA in Miami than in Langley in the 50s.
As an added note if I have gotten some thing wrong, or I have mischaracterized someone or something, through out the years, I will apologize, and set the record straight.
My point, in that Interview, which I was not permitted to make, was not regarding Charlie Kessler, or Preston Nicols or Pete Moon;
The Montauk MKULTRA Project files and experiments have been exploited and utilized by people "involved" in the projects, for profit.
The real victims, of which there were and currently are total in the millions. These victims have not actually been heard because they were either tortured and erased or murdered, or discredited, like Ron Patton did you me. Ron attacked and discredited me at every turn.
My feeling at the time of the interview, was anger and it fueled questions, ambush interviews-- it felt very much like Ron was turning out to be quite the cointelpro adversary, well versed in turning the truth into lies; and he appeared quite practiced at his craft. His mission was to place space into my story, twist it and get me pissed.
Oddly enough I found out there was a person named Ellen Atkins who talked to me while I was locked in the crazy house. I told her my story. Ellen then started claiming she was me, saying she was the inspiration for Eleven. She was interviewed a month after she talked with me by David Knight when he worked for Alex Jones Infowars.
I texted her and told her the truth WILL come out Ellen, it always does, and I blocked her. Is she an MKULTRA victim, were her parents, I believe they were.. But then why lie about who you are?
I am not doing what I am doing for notarity. I walked from Hellywood; I could give a flying fart about fame and fortune. I want answers as to what happened to me--only GOD can provide those answers. And he has provided a path strewn with answers.

JOHNNY DEPP and other TIME KILLERS
I am then asked to talk about Johnny Depp murdering River Phoenix; everyone knows the story but they pretend they do not. Something to fill time that is not pertinent to the question about Stranger Things. Seeds of doubt planted, without addressing the truth.. I mention that Aquino was born dead and said he IS SET; they say wow I never knew that; lies again; I say its literally on his resume. For professional conspiracy theorists, they seem woefully informed. The clock is ticking, their mission is met.
Ron told me on the phone Thursday and again on IM that Diane Hegarty (born July 10, 1942) co-founder of the Church of Satan, which she co-founded with her longtime partner Anton LaVey became a CHRISTIAN, and SHE consulted him regarding Ted Gunderson.
Diane has many aliases, also Diana LaVey, Diana Hall, Diana Rively. When I say no way in hell did she DIANE become a christian, he says her name is Diana, you must be talking about someone else; What the fuck Ron... Was the entire point of this interview to assassinate my research and character?
The only reason I spoke with snake in the grass Ron was because he posted a photo with John B. Alexander with Aquino at an AFIO conference stating that he was allegedly in the Church of SET, and that he was against the “non lethal weapons” which are anything but.. He also stated he was against Aquino.
Ron then asked me to do his show GROUND ZERO which I thought was interesting since John had sent me a cypher on someone else’s phone connected to Alexander, which after 2 days of decode stated that John and Durrell were ground zero for CAPS, coronavirus associated pulmonary syndrome;
John, my evil brother, is a head of MKULTRA, I believe connected to the UN, CFR, Bildeberg, and Trilateral.
It sure sounds like his voice at Bohemian Grove saying "are you going to burn me again?"
I believe there are many black popes and John is one of them. These are black popes that you will never find on the internet; John is also a covert virologist. He works covertly with the CDC, Bill Gates and Johns Hopkins.
So now I’m alerted that Ron is pretty much assassinated my character and I know the Ground Zero has a pre-recorded video which Olav can edit, and by now its my assertion they are cointelpro.
I am sure the repercussions of their adulterated broadcast, if they put one forth will be interesting. I have no trust in this interview and I am angry I even did it.
I am fairly sure they may edit my words and their words to twist the truth even further. I personally wish to have nothing more to do with Patton and his asshat buddies. I actually do not give a fig to listen to their bullshit broadcast.

RE READING this 4 years later— Guess what, still pissed Ron. My final thoughts:
Grow the f up Patton. I have interviewed hundreds of people on the Dark Outpost and The Awake Nation. I try to be kind and respectful as much as is possible.
Hopefully since that interview Ron, your style has changed. Stop pissing people off and actually give them a chance to tell their story— you may ACTUALLY learn something..
Unless of course you are simply in love with your own voice, and in that case why interview anyone— because you have all the answers…
