Chapter 23: Floyd vs Chauvin, Taylor Swift, Manson Helter Skelter NWO Race Wars
JUNE 8, 2020 UPDATE
JUNE 3, 2020 UPDATE
The following is an article on conservative treehouse.com updating us on the club Nuevo Rodeo which appears to be a front for money laundering for CIA NSA vested interests black ops funding.
Why was Floyd passing a counterfeit $20 bill?
ARTICLE ONE
While watching the third night of mayhem, looting and riots in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota, last night President Trump tweeted: “These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen. Just spoke to Governor Tim Walz and told him that the Military is with him all the way. Any difficulty and we will assume control but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts”, and the media went bananas.
Every person of normal and stable constitution knew the meaning was looting and violence leads to shooting and escalated violence; thus it needs to be addressed with urgency by local officials in charge of maintaining the peace. However, the media needed to pretend they were unaware of common sense in order to turn the phrase into an attack against the president. President Trump responds...
The background of George Floyd being killed by police officer Derek Chauvin is horrific. There is no justification for Chauvin’s action and the seemingly cavalier attitude by those who were at the scene of the events. Outrage and emotional reaction over the video of the events is not surprising; but the riots, arson and looting are another level of troubling.
CTH has not written about the incident, because there is obviously much more to the story than currently being presented by national media.
This is one of those incidents where a variety of interests seek to take advantage; and as each layer of interest attaches itself, well, the larger truth behind the originating event is lost. A rabbit hole is created.
Officer Derek Chauvin and victim George Lloyd knew each-other. Chauvin was a security officer for a sketchy dance club named El Nuevo Rodeo, and had worked there for 17 years. Chauvin worked for El Nuevo Rodeo cantina and dance club longer than he was a police officer. Mr. George Lloyd also worked at the restaurant/dance club as a bouncer, for several years. Chauvin and Lloyd knew each other.
The dynamic of the relationship between Lloyd and Chauvin is divergent from the media narrative. Additionally, the media presentation of the club, and ownership, is also materially flawed.
The club is not what appears visible on the surface; neither is the relationship between the two men who both worked there. CTH has reviewed the background, and made a decision to exit the rabbit hole. Suffice to say it’s better to just sit this one out and watch.
Speculative reasons for disengagement:
El Nuevo Rodeo is owned by foreign interests: Omar Investments Inc. The club appears to be a laundry operation; which is a semi-legitimate business set up as a front to launder illicit income streams which might include counterfeit operations. Chauvin and Lloyd both worked there. The presented “former club owner”, seen on television, appears to be a purposeful ‘front’ (a face useful in deflecting attention from the primary operations).
With that in mind, the scale of false information in/around the visible event, horrible as it was/is, creates layers and layers of purposeful misinformation and a need to control what the public sees in the media.
Combine a sketchy background of participants who are all very familiar with each-other as noted on video; with a network of foreign interests and false fronts; and overlay a network of federal and national security operations that are well known and specific to Minneapolis… and, well, it’s a rabbit hole best left alone.
CTH is not going there.
ARTICLE TWO
Sunday Talks: Crump on Floyd
Our old friend Ben ‘objectib ebidense’ Crump, the defense lawyer for the Floyd family, appears on Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan to discuss the deaf of George Floyd. It’s been a while…. Ben does what Ben does, and factually he’s a goofy cat doing the best he can on behalf of his client.
“Officer” (in quotes deliberately) Derek Chauvin did kill George Floyd; that’s not the issue. The issue driving the media narrative surrounds why “Officer” Derek killed George. Toward the end of the interview Brennan asked Crump about Derek and George knowing each-other. Ben’s response, specifically how he phrases the admission, is what’s worth watching.
Hi Ben. Good to see you again. Oh, and you’re right, nothing makes sense.
By now Ben is discovering that everything around El Nuevo Rodeo, the Mexican Cantina and Dance Club where George and Derek worked, is sketchy. Likely Ben and Daryl Parks (Parks & Crump Esq.) have realized it’s better to focus their financial strategy toward reparations from the city of Minneapolis because this incident hits on something even Crump doesn’t want to touch.
Nuevo Rodeo (hereafter ENR) is a front business. Nothing is as it seems.
The background ownership of ENR takes you to a shady network of LLC’s and the name Omar Investments Inc. (est. 1996). Dig a little deeper and something else becomes evident… The ownership might connect to one or more U.S. three letter agencies.
The ownership network has previous interactions with FBI operations in/around Minneapolis. This is not surprising because Minneapolis Minnesota has more national security operations ongoing than any other community in the country. Various Somali groups are being watched, and anyone can do a google search to see when those security operations surface in the media.
Omar Investments Inc. owns El Nuevo Rodeo Cantina and night club since 1996. The principle of Omar Investments Inc. is Muna Sabri. In 2001 a close relative, Basim Sabri, was captured by the FBI in a sting operation.
…”In 2001, FBI agents recorded Sabri giving Herron $5,000, cash intended to curry the lawmaker’s support for his development. Sabri was later convicted on three bribery counts and fined $75,000.” (link)….
FBI intercept in 2001, there’s the capture. That’s the asset creation point for U.S. security to find a way to embed within Minneapolis, and assist the Sabri’s along the way.
The presented “former club owner”, Maya Santamaria, seen on television, appears to be a purposeful ‘front’ (a face useful in deflecting attention from the primary owner and operations). With that in mind, the scale of false information in/around the visible event, horrible as it was/is, creates layers and layers of purposeful misinformation and a need to control what the public sees in the media.
As I said before, I prefer to sit this one out; however, it is interesting. If you consider that El Nuevo Rodeo might likely be a front for a three letter national security agency; or at the very least a valuable inside source for domestic intelligence and surveillance, things start reconciling rather quickly.
ENR also looks like a money laundering operation. Part of that laundry operation appears to involve counterfeit currency. This enterprise, writ large, looks like the answer to ‘how’ a U.S. agency infiltrated the background criminal network in Minnesota to watch and monitor for domestic threats. So there are layers to what is visible and a myriad of interests involved.
Officer Derek Chauvin is a 19-year veteran of the Mineapolis police dept. Derek Chauvin also worked at ENR for 17 years. That timeline puts Derek Chauvin showing up to work security at El Neuvo Rodeo
cantina and club right after the FBI busts Basim Sabri (everyone remembers what intel agencies were doing right after 9-11-01).
Recently – When the Wuhan Virus hits the night club needs to shut down. By extension this shuts down any illicit activity maintained by the legit operation. Any activity within a laundering operation would have to be paused. It would look silly, very suspicious, if the ENR club bookkeeper was making bank deposits while the business is closed.
However, this also means George Floyd was out of work. According to the indictment:
The police were called because George Floyd was passing counterfeit $20 bills.
Could the way Chauvin, and the responders writ large, interacted with George Floyd have been an outcropping of concern that Floyd was putting the ENR operation at risk?
Read the indictment. Everything was cool until the responding officers attempted to put Floyd in Derek Chauvin’s squad car. Floyd is presented as being ok with the arrest stuff; but really, really, didn’t want to get in Derek’s car.
17-years as a “security officer” for El Nuevo Rodeo. Was Chauvin the enforcer?
Does that explain why everyone seems casual, even the responding EMT’s?
Could the national security angle explain why no prior charges against Chauvin in a 2006 shooting were ever sought?
One thing is clear, as attested by Benjamin Crump, Derek Chauvin and George Floyd knew each-other; this was not some random street incident. Arguably, every single person in/around law enforcement and EMT response that day knew each-other.

Synopsis: (see Wiki below for full analysis)
Five days ago, May 25, 2020 a video of George Floyd being murdered was posted to facebook and went viral. It showed Derek Chauvin, a Minneapolis police officer, kneeling on Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds, two minutes and 53 seconds Floyd was unresponsive, according to a criminal complaint filed against Chauvin. Floyd was handcuffed and lying face down on the road, while Chauvin had his knee on his neck. Floyd subsequently died. The other three arresting officers were Thomas K. Lane, Tou Thao and J. Alexander Kung. Officer Kung held Floyd’s back while Lane held his legs. Thao stood nearby and looked on. The four officers were fired the next day.
Chauvin (not Chavez, as I previously tweeted, although Chauvin is a spelling divergency of Chavez, which I will address below) AND Floyd, worked security, at the same Minneapolis club, the Nuevo Rodeo, not far from where Floyd was murdered. The Nuevo Rodeo is down the street from Minneapolis' third precinct. Chauvin worked security as an off duty officer for Maya Santamaria, for over 17 years. She recently sold the club in the last few months.
The incident occurred during Floyd’s arrest in Powderhorn, a neighborhood south of downtown Minneapolis. Bystanders recorded the incident as it occurred. The arrest was conducted after a staff member of the deli Cup Foods reported that Floyd had attempted to pass a counterfeit 20 dollar bill. Police on the scene stated Floyd appeared under the influence in his car and when ordered to exit the vehicle he physically resisted the arrest.
The official statement or official LIE is that officers were able to get Floyd into handcuffs and noted he appeared to be suffering medical distress and called for an ambulance. Minneapolis Fire Department paramedics moved Floyd from the location and were doing chest compressions and other life saving measures on an “unresponsive, pulse less male.” Floyd was then taken to Hennepin County Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
May 28-29-30
Protests occurred in Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Houston, Denver, Memphis, Louisville, Columbus Ohio, San Jose, Seattle, Portland, Des Moines, outside the White House and outside Chauvi’s summer home in Windermere, Florida as well as many other cities.
The National Guard was dispatched to Minneapolis on May 29; May 29, Derek was arrested and charged with third degree murder and manslaughter and Derek’s wife filed for divorce. Third degree murder in Minnesota is “depraved heart murder”.
WIKI: Depraved Heart Murder
Depraved Heart Murder aka depraved-indifference murder, is a type of murder where an individual acts with a depraved indifference to HUMAN LIFE, and where such act results in a death, despite that individual not explicitly intending to kill. In a depraved heart murder, defendants commit an act even though they now their act runs an unusually high risk of causing death or serious bodily harm to a person. If the risk of death or bodily harm is great enough, ignoring it demonstrates a “depraved indifference” to human life and the resulting death is considered to have been committed with mailice aforethought.
Riots ensued in Minneapolis resulting in the looting and burning of many establishments in the city. Shortly after 10 pm May 28, 2020 the third precinct was set ablaze.
PRESIDENT TRUMP’s TWEET
President Trump tweeted “these THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen. Just spoke to Gov. Tim Walz and told him that the Military is with him all the way. Any difficulty and we will assume control, but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts.” In my opine he was responding to the unlawful looting and burning of businesses by factions which are criminals intertwined into the populace who are now inciting racial divide, murder and mayhem for the New World Order’s orchestrated race war.
TAYLOR SWIFT
Taylor Swift, Illuminati, who my evil brother John reps, attacked Trump for threatening to shoot looters, stating “After stroking the fires of white supremacy and racism your entire presidency you have the nerve to feign moral superiority? We will vote you out”.
Taylor Swift was born on Wednesday the 13th of December, 1989. This is a day which changes each year. Dec 13, 2019 was Friday the 13th. For her birthday Dec 13, 2020, which was on a Sunday, she released a remix of Willow.
"Not to be all ‘iTs mY BiRtHdAY & I jUsT wAnNa DaNcE’ but... it is and I do," she wrote on social media, along with a link to the song off her new album, Evermore. "So here’s the willow dancing witch version, remixed by Elvira, a bad ass female producer I really respect."
It was just days ago on Dec. 10 that Swift announced that she was dropping Evermore, her second surprise album of the year, on Dec. 11. "Ever since I was 13, I’ve been excited about turning 31 because it’s my lucky number backwards, which is why I wanted to surprise you with this now," she wrote on Instagram when revealing the track list. "You’ve all been so caring, supportive and thoughtful on my birthdays and so this time I thought I would give you something!
"Swift penned the song's lyrics upon hearing an instrumental composition by the song's producer Aaron Dessner. She compared the song's overarching motif to casting a love spell. An accompanying music video, directed by Swift, premiered the same day as the song's release. The video is a continuation of the storyline from her preceding video for "Cardigan" (2020), showing a golden thread that guides the singer through a mystical saga and leads her to her fated lover. "Willow" received acclaim from music critics, who complimented its romantic lyricism and guitar-centric sound. The song topped both global Apple Music and Spotify charts upon release, marking one of 2020's biggest song debuts on the latter."
Taylor writes the number 13 on her hand during live performances. 13 Illuminati bloodlines. Kayne, who is also on John’s list of artists, allegedly initiated her into the Illuminati. All incoming members have to be embarrassed in front of their peers, which explains Ricki Gervais thoroughly bashing the Illuminati in his scathing opening monologue of all Illuminati members at the golden globes, where he roasted his fellow illuminatists.
AGENT 13
October 10, 2019, an agent, who I spoke with, who referred to herself as Agent 13, told me she was a former marine. She stated that she traveled to Dubai to obtain the cure for the black goo from a scientist, we will call Einstein, who she knew, who resided in Dubai. She had stated that the Einstein’s wife and son disappeared. Einstein’s wife disappeared in Austin, and Einstein’s son disappeared in Dallas. Agent 13’s family grew up with Einstein’s family. Agent 13’s mother is FBI. Agent 13 and her mother located a CD that they put into their computer hoping to trace the missing families whereabouts. On that CD they saw an individual being electroshocked in a chair by three men. Agent 13’s mother was going to try to use facial recognition to identify the victim and the perpetrators.
Einstein then emailed Agent 13 and he asked her to fly to Dubai and to bring the disk. She flew to Dubai. At that time Einstein injected Agent 13 with an antidote for the black goo. He also gave her the formula to take back to Washington DC. I have had the black goo injected into me on several occasions and have managed to survive it. I believe I had a variant of it injected into me when I was at Durrell’s house in 2017. I was made homeless and at one point I photographed my body at a truck stop restroom and I had turned green. Agent 13 was also sent an encrypted email, which five other people received, which contained the formulae of the cure. Two of the people who received the email were murdered in Austin. Agent 13 was kidnapped in Florida at the airport, drugged and taken to an underground base, interrogated, chipped and released. Agent 13 was in protective custody when I contacted her. She had told me that she saw a list of those slated for eradication and that Taylor Swift’s name was on the list for October, 2020.
Whether this means, as in, if Taylor WILL be replaced by a clone, or HAS been replaced, it is unknown to me. Maybe one of her evil twins gets axed. There is a Taylor Swift look alike who appeared in a Japanese McDonalds commercial. Who knows what are in the minds of the evil elite? Many elite “stars” in the limelight have already indicated that if you become a problem to your handlers, and do not compliantly obey their instructions, you WILL be replaced with a clone. A SWIFT death that is not even noticed by the public or even your friends and family.
In Taylor’s video for her first single in years “Look What You Made Me Do” which dropped Aug 24, 2017, for her album reputation, Taylor Swift says ‘I’m sorry, the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now. Why? Oh, because she’s dead.” Is this just a clue to what may happen, or just Taylor eluding that her reputation has been tarnished by her fellow Illuminati and the old “nice” Taylor is fighting back?
Or is this a video in which Taylor is telling us something more sinister is going on, that Taylor has been reprogrammed and she was informed by the illuminati that the threat of being replaced by a clone by her handlers is real?
VIDEO ANALYSIS OF LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO
In this video which is 4 minutes 16 seconds long, it she appears as an undead zombie crawling out of a grave in a white wedding dress. The white wedding dress is symbolic of wedding of the beast. Taylor crawls up from the underworld where she has been as a dead entity.
Taylor claws her way out of the ground underneath a headstone that reads here lies Taylor Swift’s reputation. They bury MKULTRAS in coffins in graveyards. I am certain this happened to me. I remember always thinking that my mother and I killed someone and buried them in the backyard. I had this memory for a long time. In my research regarding MKULTRA, I now know that we did kill someone, and also that I was the one that was buried in a coffin, as well. I was claustrophobic for a very long time. I am not claustrophobic any longer, although traveling through tunnels still gives me great anxiety. When the NSA made me homeless, in 2017, I went from city to city. I went to the graveyards and called out the names on the tombstones. I even slept in my vehicle in the graveyards, because I knew the CIA was chickenshit and would not come into the graveyards. James Casbolt, super soldier, loyal to Michael Aquino and the Vatican, in his book “Agent Buried Alive” stated that he was buried with snakes. The snake rituals often finish with the participant being buried alive with their fear. This involves being put in a coffin with a number of large snakes and buried.
Taylor’s video opens in a graveyard, the next scene is the obligatory bathtub scene. I was baptised in a bathtub of blood at the Conte’s house in Miami at age three and given to John in a Satanic ceremony.
Taylor is in the tub, with her hands over her chest as though dead. She appears to be naked clothed only in jewels, in a tub of Jewels, which look like diamonds, indicating diamond jewel programming.
The Beatles are well known Satanists who followed Crowley, who was pictured on their Sergeant Pepper Album. Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds was John Lennon’s song. Diamonds are the highest level in Jewel Programming. One of the goals in MKULTRA is the post hypnotic suggestion aka trigger, to activate a sleeper agent who will then carry out their handler’s mission, and upon completion, will have no further knowledge of the mission, effectively being what I term “erased”. Amethyst is for keeping secrets, Rubies are for sexual submission, Emerald’s are for loyalty. My step daughter Amber named her daughter Emerald. Diamond is the reward for completing one’s first mission successfully.
Durrell gave me a diamond ring. I hocked it to buy my boyfriend Steve a pocket watch at a pawn shop. When Steve became my husband I bought our golden bands at a pawn shop. He did give me a diamond ring, sometime after we had been married. I asked him if a promise came with it. He said no. I told him I did not want the ring, that it was simply a piece of Jewlery that the promise was everything. I never wore the ring, and I sent it to my mother.
Sam bought me a tiny chip that masqueraded as a ring. Sam and I were married Nov 7, 1997, at the county court house in San Diego, and then again August 1, 1998, 4 months after my mother’s death. We were married at Shadow Mountain and I used my mother’s wedding ring. I then sent my mother’s ring to my NSA evil brother Rob. I purchased my own CZ ring to replace it.
Taylor in the bathtub full of jewels eludes that she was framed, as an MKULTRA she says you laughed when you lied, you said the gun was mine. When I was in Branson, a member of the Temptations Review was driving my car. He took me to a gun shop. I said I do not want to go in. When we went in the owner asked me to handle a gun with a pink handle. I knew then they would have my prints on a gun and they would bag it for later planting it at the scene of a murder to frame me. I asked the proprietor to wipe my prints off the gun. I do not know if he did.
The next scene shows a split mirror of Taylor, one Taylor on one side in the tub holding onto her jewels, another two headed taylor, split in two and in the middle another Taylor in a church.
We focus in on the distant Taylor seated in a gold chair the church, symbolizing the Vatican.
She is wearing a snake necklace around her throat. The Illuminati snakes literally have her by the throat. She is wearing blood red lipstick and a blood red dress on the “throne”. She is surrounded by snakes that are her “friends” who are crawling all over her. She states she got smarter, and she rose up from the dead, she does it all the time. She is served tea by a snake. Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter and the Tea Party.
She indicates she has a list of names and someone’s name is in red, underlined. She checks it once and checks it twice (checkered Illuminati floor). John, my evil brother, head of MKULTRA, has a list of Illuminati names, as artists he represents, some which he made public but now has hidden. Taylor is one of his artists.
The next scene Taylor is in a gold car wearing the leopard skin MKULTRA sex kitten protocol with a leopard in the car. It is about the benjamins and sex, surrounded by idolizing paparazzi.
The next scene she is swinging in a cage stating I don’t like your kingdom keys, they once belonged to me.
When I was with John I wore a chain belt with locks and keys on it. She is indicating a memory of being caged and still being caged, but now she seeks to enslave and cage others. When I talk to people I tell them you have the locks and the keys. The Illuminati build the locks in alters locking in their secrets in different tortured alters within you. Like Casbolt said, Agent Buried Alive. We MKULTRA super soldiers are ALL Agents, at one time, buried within ourselves.
She states “You ask me for a place to sleep (we are sleepers); the Illuminati do not ask us, they simply torture and prepare us and then tell one alter to sleep while the other “rises from the dead” as Taylor said she does over and over again.
She states “you ask me for a place to sleep, locked me out then threw a feast.” This indicates she is locked out of her own sleeper cell. The feasts are the Satanic feast days of the Illuminati.
The video appears to be indicating on some level that she is going to try to out her handlers, but the video goes on to show her absolute approval of all that is Illuminati.
She is dressed in fetish attire a black latex bathing suit with a riding crop and red satanic boots, Mr. Red Shoes, indicating approval of SRA and human sacrifice, at a podium in a audience of her slaves. When MKULTRA high ranking Illuminati slaves try to speak out they have their reputations assassinated, their finances drained, and they are drugged, reprogrammed, jailed and put on medication.
Taylor is not in jail; No one ruined her reputation. She is an IDOL, with slaves.👇
When she threatens “I don’t trust nobody and nobody trusts me, I’ll be the actress staring in your bad dreams” is she stating she is going to out people? I don’t actually think so. I think she is stating she is totally in line with the Illuminati agenda and she will be the satanic nightmare in your dreams. Right after this she states “I’m sorry the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now, Why, because she’s dead.”
The final scene are 14 of Taylors alters talking to one another.
IS FLOYD vs. CHAUVIN AN NWO OP to Engender Race Wars?
George Floyd and Derek Chauvin (not Chavez as I previously posted) worked security, at the same Minneapolis club, the Nuevo Rodeo, not far from where Floyd was murdered. The Nuevo Rodeo was down the street from Minneapolis' third precinct. The Chauvin worked security as an off duty officer for Maya Santamaria, for over 17 years. Maya [MAY] recently sold the club in the last few months.
Yesterday I was sure Floyd was dead, now.. I am not so sure; I personally have died many times. I was suffocated, waterboarded, electroshocked, drugged and brought back to life. Floyd could, and I stress COULD, because we need to examine all NWO possibilities, be somewhere living under a new passport; I was not on the scene, I was not in the ambulance, not in the hospital, not in the morgue; Floyd WAS pronounced dead at 9:25 pm.
Some have said they believed J.A. Keung, who held Floyd's back, may have had something in his hand and a lethal shot may have been administered to Floyd. The name Keung is also spelled Kong, as in King Kong, who Keung acted as holding the handcuffed Floyd down for his buddies.
MOVIES ARE REAL
In SPY GAME, Tom Bishop attempts to break his girl friend Hadley, out of Su Chow, a Chinese prison. He goes in under the guise of being a foreign aid worker who is giving inoculations during a cholera outbreak. Wuhan is in China, the epicenter of Covid19. In order to effectuate the break Tom Bishop, is given an injection to stop his breathing and simulate death. He is pronounced dead. He then proceeds to try to rescue his girlfriend but fails to retrieve Hadley, and instead is apprehended and is sentenced to execution.
Either way, dead or not; this horrific display is telling you the evil factions within the government and their stooges take orders in this militarized NWO world, and they do not gaf about HUMAN life.
FLOYD V CHAUVIN - FLOYD V CHAVEZ THE BOXER (Chauvin is a spelling divergency of Chavez)
Floyd May-weather Jr., is a boxer. His dad Floyd May-weather Sr was Roger Mayweather's brother. Roger fought Chavez in Vegas; Chavez won. Roger died March 17, 2020, one day before my evil brother Rob's birthday, and two days before my evil brother John's birthday. Roger died at 58, I was born in 1958. John has Mohammad Ali's boxing gloves.
TWO MONTHS LATER
BAD MAY WEATHER
May 19, 2020, Eden-ville dam breaks, bad weather.
MAY 25, 2020- WHAT WE SEE
The world watches as George Floyd is murdered (if in fact dead) by Derek Chauvin; A day later it is revealed both knew one another and worked security in teams at the Nuevo Rodeo. Is this a contrived murder to engender a race war?
MOVIES ARE REAL
The movie Swordfish is about covert ops for funding wars. In it the movie Swordfish, we are shown how the secret gov works. Ginger is a double agent whose task is to get a hacker to break a bank to steal 6 billion in funds:
There exists a world within our world. A world beneath what we call cyberspace. A world protected by firewalls, passwords and the most advanced security systems. In this world we hide our deepest secrets, our most incriminating information, and of course, a whole lot of money. This is the world of "Swordfish." The world's most dangerous spy is hired by the CIA to coerce a computer hacker, Stanley, recently released from prison, to help steal $6 billion in unused government funds.
Stanley Jobson (Hugh Jackman) is a cyber-hacker who has become notorious for infecting the FBI's Carnivore program with a computer virus. Stanley's parole forbids him from accessing the internet and computers while his ex-wife Melissa, an alcoholic and part-time porn star, has issued a restraining order against him. This also prevents him from seeing his only daughter Holly.
Ginger Knowles (Halle Berry), Stanley's new girlfriend, persuades him to work for Gabriel Shear (John Travolta), who threatens him into cracking a secure U.S. D.O.D. server. After the hack, Gabriel offers Jobson $10 million to program a multi-headed worm, a "hydra", to siphon $9.5 billion from government slush funds.
Stanley begins work on the worm, learning that Gabriel leads Black Cell, a clandestine organization created by J. Edgar Hoover to launch retaliatory attacks against terrorists that threaten the United States. He also privately discovers Ginger is a DEA agent working undercover and further is surprised to discover a corpse that looks like Gabriel.
At one point Gabriel threatens to kill Ginger, who he knows is a DEA agent, unless Stanley re-siphons the money he backdoored back to the bank, back to Gabriel's Monte Carlo bank. Although Stanley complies, Gabriel shoots Ginger.
FAST FORWARD TO THE END:
Roberts takes Stanley to verify a corpse they found, believing Gabriel was a Mossad agent while there is no record of a DEA agent named Ginger Knowles. Stanley recognizes the corpse as the one he discovered earlier and personally realizes that the whole scenario was a deception. The police cannot find Ginger's corpse and it’s revealed that she was wearing a bulletproof vest and was working with Gabriel all along. Gabriel escaped via a different route. Despite Stanley not telling the police that Gabriel and Ginger are still alive, Roberts arranges for Stanley to have full custody of Holly, where they depart to places elsewhere.
In Monte Carlo, Gabriel and Ginger withdraw the stolen money and later watch as a yacht at sea explodes. Over the film's credits, a news report reveals the destruction of the yacht, carrying a known terrorist, as the third such incident in as many weeks.
This IS how the secret gov funds wars.

MANSON and HELTER SKELTER
Steve Xenos, my CIA MKULTRA handler husband, attended Rolling Hills High School. He had told me that he went to school with Doug Austin, Tracy Austin’s brotherhood. He said he bought blow (cocaine) from Dalton Lee of repute of the movie “Falcon and the Snowman”, who were arrested for espionage and treason and sentenced to 40 years in prison. Steve and his family knew both of the boys. I thought Steve went to school with them. When researching Steve’s school, it stated that Rolling Hills WAS Palos Verdes High School, however in 1969 there were two schools in Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills and Palos Verdes Peninsula.
Steve’s PARENTS were teachers, psychologist MKULTRA handlers in the District. I remember Bob Bauman, my drummer and Steve’s best friend, and bandmate in high school, telling me Steve lived on the ‘poor’ side of PV, and his parents taught in the District. I have not ordered the PVP high school yearbook, but it makes sense that Steve knew the Boyce and Lee, as his family were deep state CIA, as are those who reside in Palos Verdes.
Patti Tate attended Rolling Hills and was in her freshman year when Steve was in his senior year at Rolling Hills, in 1972.
Of additional interest was that there was a Melanie Manson, in her Senior Year at Rolling Hills. It would seem like a terrifying psyop to be perpetrated upon Patti to attend a school with someone who share her famous sister’s killer’s name.
CHARLES MANSON
According to WIKI regarding the “HELTER SKELTER” op, he first used the term at the Myer’s Ranch NYE, 1968. NYE is a high Satanic day, Illuminati balls are held all over the world on this day. The Meyers ranch was the closest habitation to the Barker Ranch inside Death Valley National Park in eastern California. The Meyers are Rothschilds. My uncle Norman died and in his obituary he stated his father was not William Darlington, but William Meyers.
In 1968 Charles Manson learned about the Myers Ranch from Catherine Gillies, the granddaughter of Barbara Myers. In Nov of 68 Manson and others began staying at the ranch. My uncle’s actual father was William Meyers. Manson then they discovered the adjacent Barker ranch. Barker is a spelling divergency of Baker. My grandmother was a Baker. Manson used both properties for a period of time. In 1970 members of the Manson Family were filmed by Robert Hendrickson at Barker Ranch, for the documentary “Manson”. The Barker ranch was owned by a Manson family member’s grandmother. The Barker ranch was the last hideout of Charles Manson after their murder spree. After the last of the murder spree the Manson clan left Spahn Ranch. He told his followers that both the Myers Ranch and the Barker Ranch would provide them safe haven from a coming apocalypse where they would emerge as the leaders of a New America.
Arlene Barker purchased the ranch from Butch and Helen Thompson and rented her ranch to the Mason family who she thought were musicians looking for practice space. Manson gave her a Beach Boy’s gold record as thanks for letting his “family” stay there. On October 10 and 12 the Inyo County Sheriff Dept. California Highway Patrol and National Park Service raided the ranch. Twenty Three of his family members were arrested in a three day long raid.
In 2008 forensic investigators located several sites consistent with possible clandestine graves. A fire in May of 2009 destroyed the main structure.
SPAHN RANCH
Spahn Ranch was located at 23000 Santa Susana Pass Road in Chatsworth, CA 91311; It is approximately one hour from Palos Verdes, 47 miles, and 28 miles from Beverly Hills.
The Spahn Ranch aka the Spahn Movie Ranch was a 55 acre movie ranch in LA County, in California. In 1947 Lee and Ruth McReynolds (Reynolds is an Illuminati family) purchased the acreage from Sharon M. Atkins, who had purchased the property in 1928. Lee build movie sets and a western town next to his Trading Post to attract traffic from the Iverson Movie Ranch. In 1953, the ranch was sold to George Spahn. Spahn added more sets, rental horses, making it a popular site for horseback riding. It was also a site for filming western movies and tv series.
The Long Ranger was filmed on Spahn Ranch. Much of the series was filmed on the former Iverson Movie Ranch in Chatsworth, California. Durrell sent me Terry Lawrence, a guitar player, who told me he played a little Indian boy on the Lone Ranger. On his facebook page he states he played the little kid Chip on the Lone Ranger. In the movie Trooper Hook, 1957, with Barbara Stanwick, Terry Lawrence is listed as Stanwick’s son from an affair between her and an Apache chief. Her character was captured and she had a small son with Naches, the Apache Chief. Lawrence plays Quito, the poker faced little boy. Great poker face Terry, I had no idea you even knew my Satanist pals Durrell and John.
Did you know the Manson Family too Terry? Like John and Durrell? Did all of Hollywood know the Mansons and frequent the ranch or maybe their underground porn studios? I wondered why Chuck Connor’s of the “Rifleman” appeared to know me at Costas at the Palm Desert Marriott. I asked Terry to introduce me to his pal Johnny Crawford, who played Mark McCain on the rifleman as he is an orchestra leader, like the one I was given to in Illinois, who asked me to represent him. John, my evil brother, was right. “Everybody knows everything” he said to me on the phone when I was in Branson. I thought he meant his seven brothers knew I slept with him when he was my agent. Nope. He meant the CIA, NSA, Pentagon, FBI, insiders are all apprised of who I am, and who he is, but no one will ever admit the truth.
The Spahn Ranch was the primary residence of Charles Manson from 1968-1969.
GEORGE SPAHN
George was a dairy farmer, who purchased the property in 1953 from silent film actor William S. Hart. What is interesting is that the Mansons were housed on ranches which have ties to my family names. The Iverson ranch is also interesting because I was RAISED on land that was a DAIRY FARM. I lived in IVES ESTATES, and lived off IVES DIARY ROAD and attended MADIE IVES ELEMENTARY. My character’s name in Stranger Things is Jane (as in Doe and unknown) IVES.
When the Mansons moved into the ranch, George was 80 and going blind. He allowed the Mansons to come on his ranch and live rent free in exchange for labor, and sexual favors. George was never accused of any role in the Manson murders. George died September 22, 1974, four years and after a wildfire destroyed all of the Spahn Movie Ranches film sets and residential structures on September 26, 1970.
HELTER SKELTER
Manson had been predicting a racial war some time BEFORE he utilized the term HELTER SKELTER. Manson was a musician. In his vision he was the leader of an apocalyptic race war. He and his family would create an album with songs like the Beatles with subliminal Satanic messages in them. While he was “foretelling” the racial conflict, his music would TRIGGER the conflict. This is MKULTRA at its best, incorporating the film and music industry in sending out subliminal messaging thru the “airwaves” or frequencies. He wanted to garner the loyalty of the white youth and hippies from San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury. The San Francisco region is the Presido and Michael Aquino. Manson was most assuredly a follower of the Satanic church and employed by the CIA NAZI faction for engendering race wars and sex slaves through MKULTRA.
The concept would be to deprive black men of white women who had previously been made available to them sexually. This would cause them to lash out in violent crimes against whites. Then retaliation would ensure and militant blacks would exploit the opportunity to provide a war of near-extermination between racist whites and non-racist whites over the treatment of blacks. Then the militant blacks would arise to finish off the few whites who survived; in fact they would kill off all non-blacks.
“In the holocaust, the members of the enlarged family would have little to fear; they would wait out the war in a secret city that was underneath Death Valley, which they would reach through a hole in the ground (DUMBS, deep underground military bases which cities exist). Manson was acquainted with the tunnels, because he was working with the CIA, sex trafficking women.
Manson and his followers began preparing for HELTER Skelter in the months before they committed the murders. They worked on songs for the album, which they anticipated would set off everything, and they prepared vehicles and other items for their escape from the Los Angeles area to Death Valley when the days of violence arrived...... Manson said the war would start in the summer of 1969. 666.” (WIKI)
August 8, 1969 the first set of murders occurred. 88 is Heil Hitler. The second set Aug 9-10. August 11, 1969 Eleven depicted in Stranger Things (ME) turned 11. Happy Birthday to me.
The address Sharon Tate and Roman Polanski lived at was 10050 Cielo Drive, but was changed to 10066 after the old house was demolished and a new house was constructed. The residence had been occupied by Satanist Terry Melcher, Doris Day’s son, and Roger Hart. William Hart owned the Spahn Ranch.
Everything is strategized and contrived.

Entire Incident Report
The death of George Floyd, an African-American man, occurred in Minneapolis on May 25, 2020, when Derek Chauvin, a Caucasian Minneapolis police officer, knelt on Floyd's neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds, with 2 minutes and 53 seconds of that occurring after Floyd was unresponsive, according to the criminal complaint filed against Chauvin.[2][3]Floyd was handcuffed and lying face down on the road, while Chauvin had his knee on his neck.[4][5][6] The three other arresting officers were identified as Thomas K. Lane, Tou Thao, and J. Alexander Kueng.[7] Officer Kueng held Floyd’s back while Lane held his legs,[7] and Thao stood nearby and looked on.[8] The four officers were fired the next day.[9]
The incident occurred during Floyd's arrest in Powderhorn, a neighborhood south of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, and was recorded on smartphones of bystanders.[10]The arrest was conducted after Floyd allegedly attempted to use a $20 bill in a deli, which an employee identified as counterfeit. Police alleged that Floyd "physically resisted" after being ordered to exit his vehicle before the video was filmed.[11][12][13] Surveillance footage from a nearby restaurant however doesn't support the claim, with Floyd shown falling twice while being escorted by the officers.[14][15] Video recording by bystanders, showing the arrested Floyd repeatedly saying "I can't breathe", were widely circulated on social media platforms and broadcast by the media.[10]
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting a federal civil rights investigation into the incident at the request of the Minneapolis Police Department. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) is also investigating possible violations of Minnesota statutes.[16] On May 29, Chauvin was arrested and charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter for Floyd's death, with Hennepin County attorney Michael O. Freeman saying he anticipated charges to be brought against the other three officers at the scene of Floyd's death.[17][18]
After Floyd's death, demonstrations and protests in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area were initially peaceful on May 26, but later that day evolved into riots as windows were smashed at a police precinct, two stores were set on fire, and many stores were looted and damaged.[19] Some demonstrators skirmished with police, who fired tear gas and rubber bullets.[20][21] A preliminary autopsy found no indication that Floyd died of strangulation or traumatic asphyxia, but that the combined effects of being restrained, underlying health conditions, including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease, and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.[22][23] Attorneys for Floyd's family announced that they have requested an independent autopsy.[24]
Floyd's death has been compared to the 2014 death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man who also repeated "I can't breathe" eleven times after being placed in a choke hold by a New York police officer during an arrest.[4][25]
Persons involved
George Floyd
George Floyd in 2016
George Floyd was a 46-year-old African-American man.[4] Floyd moved to Minnesota around 2014. He lived in St. Louis Park and had worked in nearby Minneapolis as a restaurant security guard for five years.[26][27] At the time of his death, Floyd had recently lost his job due to Minnesota's stay-at-home order during the COVID-19 pandemic.[28] Floyd was the father of two daughters, aged 6 and 22, who remained in Houston.[29][30]
Police officers
Derek Michael Chauvin, a 44-year-old white man, had been an officer in the Minneapolis Police Department since around 2001.[8]Chauvin had 18 complaints on his official record, two of which ended in discipline from the department including official letters of reprimand.[31] He had been involved in three police shootings, one of which was fatal.[8][32][33] According to former club owner Maya Santamaria, Floyd and Chauvin both worked as security guards and had overlapping shifts at the Latin nightclub, El Nuevo Rodeo. She said Chauvin had worked there for 17 years and Floyd had worked at about a dozen events. She said it was not clear if they knew each other but that she did not believe so.[34][35]Santamaria described Chauvin as using overly aggressive tactics in her club, which she had asked him to tone down.[36]
Tou Thao, a Hmong-American officer,[37]attended the police academy in 2009 and was hired to a full-time position with the Minneapolis police in 2012 after being laid off for two years.[8] In 2017, Thao was a defendant in an excessive-use-of-force lawsuit that was settled out of court for $25,000.[8]
Two other officers present were identified as Thomas Lane and J. Alexander Kueng.[16][38]Neither had prior complaints on their records.[31]
Events
Initial statements from the police and paramedics
Shortly after 8:00 p.m. on May 25, Memorial Day, Minneapolis Police Department officers responded to a "forgery in progress" on Chicago Avenue South in the Powderhorn neighborhood of Minneapolis. According to WCCO, the implication was that Floyd "tried to use forged documents at a nearby deli". According to a co-owner of Cup Foods, Floyd attempted to use a $20 bill that a staff member identified as counterfeit.[39] According to police, Floyd was in a nearby car and "appeared to be under the influence". A spokesman for the police department said the officers ordered him to exit the vehicle, at which point he "physically resisted".[12][13]
According to the Minneapolis police, officers "were able to get the suspect into handcuffs and noted he appeared to be suffering medical distress", and called for an ambulance. No weapons were used in the arrest, according to a statement from the Minneapolis police.[12]According to the Minneapolis Fire Department, paramedics moved Floyd from the location and were doing chest compressions and other lifesaving measures on an "unresponsive, pulseless male".[40][41] Floyd was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.[42]
Video of the arrest recorded by bystander
Part of the arrest was recorded by a bystander and streamed to Facebook Live,[12][43][44]which went viral.[45]
When the video starts, Floyd is already pinned chest down to the ground, and Officer Chauvin is kneeling on his neck.[4][10][46] Floyd repeatedly tells Chauvin "Please" and "I can't breathe", while also moaning, groaning, and sobbing.[12][46][47] A bystander tells police, "You got him down. Let him breathe."[48]
Another bystander says, "One of my homies died the same way", and after Floyd responds "I'm about to die the same", Chauvin tells Floyd to relax.[46] The police ask Floyd, "What do you want?" Floyd answers, "I can't breathe."[47]Floyd states: "Please, the knee in my neck, I can't breathe."[46] Someone tells Floyd to "get up and get in the car" (which Agence France Presse, CBS News and WVLT-TV identify as one of the officers,[12][49][50] while Buzzfeed News says it is "unclear" whether it was an officer speaking),[51] to which Floyd replies, "I will ... I can't move."[52] Floyd cries out, "Mama!"[47] Floyd says, "My stomach hurts, my neck hurts, everything hurts", and requests water.[47] The police do not audibly respond to Floyd.[47] Floyd begs, "Don't kill me."[53]
One bystander points out that Floyd is bleeding from the nose.[12] Another tells the police that Floyd is "not even resisting arrest right now".[4]The police tell the bystanders that Floyd was "talking, he's fine"; a bystander replies that Floyd "ain't fine".[12][54] The bystander protests that the police were preventing Floyd from breathing, urging them, "Get him off the ground ... You could have put him in the car by now. He's not resisting arrest or nothing. You're enjoying it. Look at you. Your body language."[12]
Floyd goes silent and motionless, but Chauvin does not lift his knee from Floyd's neck.[10][46]The bystanders protest that Floyd is "not responsive", and repeatedly ask the police to check Floyd's pulse.[4][12] A bystander questions, "Did they fucking kill him?"[27]
An ambulance eventually arrives, and Chauvin does not remove his knee until emergency medical services put Floyd's unresponsive body on a stretcher. The body is loaded into the ambulance, and taken away.[12][53][54][55] A male bystander says that the police "just really killed" Floyd.[12][46] This video showed that Chauvin had knelt on Floyd's neck for at least seven minutes.[56][54][57]
Other videos
A second bystander video, taken from inside a vehicle, shows Floyd being removed from his vehicle. Vice describes that Floyd "doesn't appear to be resisting – just standing next to his car".[58][59] The Independent wrote, "The video shows two policemen pulling Mr. Floyd from his car without any apparent resistance."[60]
A six-minute video from a security camera of a nearby restaurant was provided to the news media. It shows two officers removing a man from a vehicle. The man is handcuffed and brought to a sidewalk, where he sits down. A third officer arrives. Later, an officer helps the man stand up again, and two officers bring the man to a police vehicle, where the man falls onto the ground.[61] While police initially claimed that Floyd had resisted arrest, this surveillance video "shows officers calmly detaining him", according to CBS News.[62] The surveillance video "does not support police claims that George Floyd resisted arrest", wrote CNN.[63]
A video of the incident from a different angle showed "three officers have Floyd pinned on the ground, while another stands over him", reported CBS Evening News.[55] The Wall Street Journal described it as "three officers are seen sitting on" Floyd.[64]
Minneapolis Park Police (MPP) – a different agency than the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) – had one officer at the location of Floyd's detainment. The MPP released the officer's body-cam footage on May 28. The footage showed the MPP officer reassuring two passengers from Floyd's car that an ambulance would arrive at the scene, and telling them to "stay put".[65] CNN noted the officer was "not facing the direction of the incident when it happened".[63]
All four officers directly involved in the fatal arrest were wearing body cameras. As of May 29, Minneapolis police had not yet released this footage.[66]
Aftermath
On May 26, Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo announced that the officers were placed on leave.[67] Later in the day, the four responding officers were fired.[9]
That day, the FBI announced it was reviewing the incident.[10] Footage from the officers' body cameras was turned over to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.[68] Civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump is representing Floyd's family.[16]
On May 27, misinformation targeting Chauvin began to circulate on social media. Particularly prominent were claims that Chauvin was the subject of a photo wearing a "Make Whites Great Again" hat and that Chauvin was onstage with President Donald Trump at a political rally; both claims were later shown to be false.[69][70][71]
On May 28, the United States Department of Justice released a joint statement with the FBI saying they had made the investigation into Floyd's death "a top priority". They said they had assigned experienced prosecutors and FBI criminal investigators to the matter, and outlined the investigation's next steps: A "comprehensive investigation will compile all available information and thoroughly evaluate evidence and information obtained from witnesses ... If it is determined that there has been a violation of federal law, criminal charges will be sought."[31][72][73] The Wall Street Journal categorized this statement from the Justice Department as "notably strong", given that the department "often takes a more muted tone in describing continuing investigations".[31]
Charges
Chauvin was arrested on May 29,[74] and Hennepin County attorney Mike Freemancharged him with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.[75] He said he also anticipated charges for the three other officers.[76] Third-degree murder in Minnesotais depraved-mind murder.[77]
Autopsy
An official autopsy found no indication that Floyd died of strangulation or traumatic asphyxia, rather that he likely died of the combined effects of being restrained, underlying health conditions, including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease, and any intoxicants[78] in his system. Floyd's family retained Michael Baden, a pathologist who conducted a second autopsy on Eric Garner, to perform an independent examination in this case.[22][23]
Memorials, protests, and riots
Protesters gather at the site on May 26, the day after Floyd's death.[79] Protesters march on May 26.

Damaged building after riot, May 28
In the wake of community outrage in Minneapolis, the bus stop at the site of Floyd's death on Chicago Avenue became a makeshift memorial throughout May 26, with many placards paying tribute to him and referencing the Black Lives Matter movement.[80]
As the day progressed, more people showed up to demonstrate against Floyd's death. The crowd, estimated to be in the hundreds of people,[81][82][83][84] then marched to the 3rd Precinct of the Minneapolis Police.[83]Participants used posters and slogans with phrases such as "Justice for George", "I Can't Breathe", and "Black Lives Matter".[85]
Although the protests on the first day were initially peaceful, a smaller group of protesters vandalized the 3rd Precinct, breaking a window, and also vandalized police cars. This led to police officers in riot gear using tear gas and flash grenades on the protesters, while some protesters threw rocks and other objects at the police.[86] The police also used rubber bulletsand smoke bombs against the protesters.[87]The media has highlighted the differences in aggression between the police response to black protesters in these protests versus the more measured response to the 2020 United States anti-lockdown protests featuring gun-wielding white protesters.[87][88] This sentiment also spread on social media.[89]
Those protests escalated into riots, which continued for days.[19][90][91]
Following protests, a nighttime curfew in Minneapolis–Saint Paul and Dakota County was established on May 29. 500 Minnesota National Guard soldiers were later dispatched to the area to enforce the curfew,[92] but to little effect, with about 1000 protesters being able to march peacefully on Interstate 35 well into curfew.[93]
Protests against police brutality and the death of George Floyd sprang up in cities around the United States, including Los Angeles;[94] New York[95]; Boston;[96][97] Houston[98]; Denver;[99][100] Louisville;[101]Memphis;[102][103] Columbus;[104][105][106] San Jose;[107] Seattle[108]; Portland[109]; Des Moines[110]; outside the White House in Washington;[111] outside Chauvin's summer home in Windermere, Florida[112] and many others.
Reactions
Family and friends
Floyd's cousin and two brothers were interviewed by CNN. His cousin, Tera Brown, criticized the police, saying, "They were supposed to be there to serve and to protect and I didn't see a single one of them lift a finger to do anything to help while he was begging for his life." One of his brothers echoed the sentiment, saying, "They could have tased him; they could have maced him. Instead, they put their knee in his neck and just sat on him and then carried on. They treated him worse than they treat animals."[113] Floyd's brother, Philonese, called for peace and said, "Everybody has a lot of pain right now, that's why this is happening, I'm tired of seeing black people dying."[114]
Floyd's longtime friend, former professional basketball player Stephen Jackson, expressed his anger and sadness following the death, saying the arrest video "just destroyed me".[115][116]
Floyd's girlfriend, Courtney Ross, asked for the community to respond to his death in a way that honors him. She said: "You can't fight fire with fire. Everything just burns, and I've seen it all day – people hate, they're hating, they're hating, they're mad. And he would not want that."[117]
The wife of Derek Chauvin has filed for divorce and offered her condolences to the Floyd family.[118]
Political
Minneapolis City Councillor Andrea Jenkins, who represented Ward 8, where the incident occurred, was quoted as saying, "My heart is breaking for the tragic loss of life last night near 38th and Chicago. Our community continues to be traumatized again, and again and again. We must demand answers."[119]
The Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, said, "Being black in America should not be a death sentence. For five minutes, we watched a white officer press his knee into a black man's neck ... When you hear someone calling for help, you're supposed to help. This officer failed in the most basic, human sense." The day after Floyd's death, the Mayor called the termination of the responding officers "the right call".[10][16] Two days after Floyd's death, Mayor Frey highlighted the racial nature of Floyd's death, and called for Chauvin to be criminally charged: "If most people, particularly people of color, had done what a police officer did late Monday, they'd already be behind bars. That's why today I'm calling on Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman to charge the arresting officer in this case."[120][121] In an interview with CBS that evening, Frey was asked: "Do you think that was murder?" He replied: "I do."[55]
Representative Ilhan Omar, of Minnesota's 5th congressional district (which includes Minneapolis), called for a federal investigation, saying, "It is sickening to watch this black man be killed while helplessly begging for help."[13]She later added: "The police officer who killed George Floyd should be charged with murder."[122] Senator Tina Smith and Governor Tim Walz also called for immediate action.[13]
Governor Tim Walz, in a press conference on the morning of May 29, said "we have to restore order" before actions can be taken to serve justice and address the issues which caused Floyd's death. Walz also announced that he has activated the National Guard.[123]The day prior, Waltz used the National Guard to quell the unrest resulting from Floyd's death.[124]
Senator Amy Klobuchar reacted on the following day, saying, "We heard his repeated calls for help. We heard him say over and over again that he could not breathe. And now we have seen yet another horrifying and gut wrenching instance of an African American man dying." She called for the declaration on "a complete and thorough outside investigation into what occurred, and those involved in this incident must be held accountable."[125]However, as a former Hennepin Countyattorney, she was criticized for declining to press criminal charges against police during her eight years in that office, including against Chauvin; some called for her resignation from the Senate.[126][127][128]
President Donald Trump sent his condolences on Twitter, saying he requested that the FBI conduct a thorough investigation, adding, "My heart goes out to George's family and friends. Justice will be served!"[129] Trump also described Floyd's death as "sad and tragic".
Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic 2020 presidential candidate, said on Twitter, "George Floyd deserved better and his family deserves justice. His life mattered ... The FBI should conduct a thorough investigation."[4] Biden has spoken with Floyd's family, saying Floyd's death is "the latest addition to the endless list of stolen potential wiped out unnecessarily." Biden also criticized Trump's response to the rioting: "This is no time for incendiary tweets. It's no time to encourage violence. This is a national crisis, and we need real leadership right now."[130]
Polie
The local police union expressed support of the officers involved, saying: "The Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis will provide full support to the involved officers." They also urged the public to remain calm, saying: "Now is not the time to rush to judgement and immediately condemn our officers."[131][132]
Police across the country were sharply critical of Chauvin's actions. Leaders from organizations which include hundreds of thousands of police officers condemned the conduct of the arrest.[133] National Association of Police Organizations Executive Director William Johnson called the incident egregious, and said, "I don’t know the entire story, but I can’t see any legal justification, any self-defense justification, or any moral justification."[133] Fraternal Order of PolicePresident Patrick Yoes said that authorities must ensure justice is served in Floyd's death, "whatever the consequences".[134]
Police chief associations from across the country expressed dismay at the treatment of Floyd.[135] The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association applauded Minneapolis Chief Arradondo's swift firing of the officers involved.[136] The heads of both the International Association of Chiefs of Police(IACP) and the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA) condemned what was seen on the video. The MCCA, led by Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo, said, "The death of Mr. Floyd is deeply disturbing and should be of concern to all Americans. The officer's actions are inconsistent with the training and protocols of our profession and MCCA commends Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo for his swift and decisive action to terminate the employment of the officers involved." The National Police Foundation President said, "These actions, and inaction, jeopardize the gains that have been made through the sacrifices and courage of many."[135]
Leaders of individual police departments from around the United States spoke out against the officer at the center of the video, with what The Washington Post called "disgust", and the Los Angeles Times called "blunt criticism".[135][137]The Los Angeles Times said: "It was a rare moment when police leaders were unequivocal in their public disdain for the conduct of one of their own."[137] Leaders condemning the officer's actions included the New York City Police Commissioner,[137] the Los Angeles County Sheriff,[137] and the Police Chiefs of Los Angeles,[135][137] Boston,[138] Miami,[135]Houston,[135][137] and Austin,[139] as well as a former Police Chief from Seattle.[136] Police chiefs of smaller cities spoke out as well: Chiefs of Police from Buffalo Grove, Illinois;[135]Tucson, Arizona;[135] Round Rock, Texas;[139]the University of Texas at Austin;[139]Pflugerville, Texas;[140] and Omaha, Nebraska,[141] all issued statements against Floyd's treatment.
Experts on the use of force by police condemned Chauvin's actions. Mylan Masson, a longtime Minneapolis police officer and former director of the Hennepin Technical College's Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Center, which instructs approximately half of Minnesota's police officers, said a form of the technique seen in the video of Floyd's death was taught until at least 2016. He added: "Once the [officer] is in control, then you release. That's what use of force is: you use it 'til the threat has stopped."[136] George Kirkham, a former police officer and professor emeritus at Florida State University's College of Criminology and Criminal Justice, said: "It was outrageous, excessive, unreasonable force under the circumstances. We're dealing with a [suspected] property offender. The man was prone on the ground. He was no threat to anyone."[136] Seth Stoughton, an associate professor of law at the University of South Carolina, who was also a former police officer, stated that placing suspects lying face-down with their hands handcuffed behind their backs for a long period of time was dangerous because it risked positional asphyxia. If an officer places their knee on a suspect's neck in this position, it could cause injury or even death.[142]
Institutions
The University of Minnesota announced that it would be limiting ties with the Minneapolis Police Department, and would no longer contract the local police department for assistance at major events.[72][143] Three members of the Minneapolis School Board will present a resolution at its next meeting on June 2 proposing to terminate its relationship with the Minneapolis Police Department.[
