I was a professional singer and actress engaged in Hollywood. Throughout my life I have had my own home studios and worked in hundreds of professional studios recording. I did not want to be a singer, I wanted to be a writer, however, the MKULTRA agenda for me was to be a sex slave in Hollywood.
I became a professional actress through my training in New York at NYU by Russian mind control expert Stella Adler. I never joined SAG or AFTRA. I was never Taft Hartley’ed in to have speaking roles. I did a lot of background work. I wrote songs and plays thought out my life, all of which all were taken from me, as were all photographs.
I am a remote viewer and a cypherist. Apparently I write in code. We all write in code. If you are an illustrator your art is your code. Writer, your words are your code. Musician, your music is your code. Analyze your code.
MADIE IVES ELEMENTARY
As a child I attended Madie Ives Elementary. I lived in Ives Estates off of Ives Dairy road. Someone I recently spoke with asked me who they are. Their last name was Escobar. I said you are related to Pablo. They said I used to say he was my uncle. I am pretty sure he actually was. I then researched Pablo Escobar and found out that he had a house in Miami Beach 28 minutes from my house at 1255 NE 202 Street in North Miami Beach.
When I started writing Bradford and Valentine, supposedly a fiction book that actually was true, I used Griselda Blanco as my model for a murder which took place in the book in Kendall. My fake dad lived in Kendall for a while and then he moved to Opalocka where the CIA utilized bunkers to do their research from the Airport.
My psychopathic hit man, in Bradford and Valentine, was based off of John. His name was Alejandro Carrerez. He had many aliases, Rio was one of them. Alex worked for the Magdalena Cartel, which I based off of the Medellin Cartel. I also downloaded the MOB hierarchy of the Gambino family. Then I found out that John is married to Carlo Gambino’s granddaughter.
The fact that Griselda and Pablo lived 28 minutes from me explains a lot about the Drug Wars in the 80s. Griselda Blanco was gay and one of Pablo’s lovers. She also moved to New York, California and Miami. In the 70s she moved to Queens New York. I lived in Queens NY in 1978. Durrell came and got me and took me to the Catskills (skilled training) where I was hunted for a weekend I believe by Ann Hamilton Byrne. Then Durrell took me on a trip to Jamaica. He then moved to New Jersey with me and I finished out the year at NYU.
Blanco settled in Miami in the late 70s. The 80s drug wars and hundreds of murders followed Blanco in the City of Miami, which became murder capital number one. I was told to go down to Miami to 5150 my mother in 1983. A 5150 is the police code for involuntarily committing someone to the crazy house, so basically, against their will. My mother had been attacked by someone with a hammer in November of 1982. My aunt said it was Cubans. More than likely it was CIA MIB Mengele’s. My aunt lied and told me that my mother was trying to kill her with a butcher knife. My mother had a hole in her head which they had to rebuild.
When I exited the plane I went straight to the judge and filed an ex Parte order. I told the judge the lie my aunt told me and they had the police come and take my mother to the country hospital where she worked for many years as a burn ward supervisor. She signed herself into the hospital. Just like my evil family had me do. Through trickery and deception, they manipulate to achieve their goals of discrediting and silencing, even those like my mother, who worked FOR the evil factions. They eat their own.
When my aunt called me in California, I had to leave the band I was in with Steve to help her. I was living in an apartment with Steve off Jeffrey road, down the street from his parents house. When I flew down to Miami, I was stuck there for two months and had to work through the temp agencies to get enough money to purchase my ticket home.
Because of Blanco and the Medellin Cartel, CENTAC 26 was formed (Central Tactical Unit). CENTAC 26 was a joint operation between Miami Dade Police and the DEA anti-drug operation. Blanco was involved in the Miami Drug War aka the Cocaine Cowboy Wars. When I first stated writing Bradford and Valentine, I called my book Saltwater Cowboy.
JR HIGH SCHOOL
My Jr. High School was Henry D. Perry Middle School. When I was researching the school I started to look for photos of myself in the yearbook on line. I remembered getting my yearbook and erasing my photo out of it so that at 58, or when ever I came out of the. SS Program, I would remember I was erased. It was then I found out that Johnny Depp attended my school, after I was there. I was in High School when Johnny was at Henry D. Perry Middle School.
HIGH SCHOOL
As a teen I attended North Miami Beach Sr. High School, an unique school which was also an MKULTRA Super Soldier training school, with emphasis on performing arts. Under MKULTRA I was electroshocked, raped, and erased, just a normal continuation of my treatment as an infant, as a toddler, as a teen and as an adult. My brother David attended Norland High School, as did Rob and Sandie. David was an MKULTRA Super Soldier.
At one juncture in my research I realize that for my graduation from NMB, I murdered someone. When the principal stated over the PA that a child had committed suicide I knew it did not happen. I asked myself did I know him. I started crying and I called Durrell (my handler) and told him I was leaving school. I started walking down 163rd street, headed for Collins Avenue which was a good 10 miles away before he picked me up.
As a child I was a prolific writer and I had a huge vocabulary which was consistently erased from me on an ongoing basis. I knew things about the paranormal, I knew what Kirlian photography was. The definition of Kirllian photography is it is “a collection of photographic techniques used to capture the phenomenon of electrical coronal discharges.” (Another Corona- virus right?) I read auras.
As a child I saw Florida go down in a three mile high wave and wondered when it was going to happen.
As a child I also I saw entities in my house, thousands of them. Of course, my MKULTRA Hitler mother was conjuring up evil spirits through spell’s and orgies. She also read from the book of the dead, drugged me, locked me in a cage, interrogated me with a sun lamp, gave me ice baths and enemas and locked me in a bathroom with no ventilation and told me to scrub the floors with a tooth brush, comet and ammonia, (the concoction that was used to gas the Jews and causes respiratory damage). She threatened to cut my baby toes off, and at one point both of the nails on my big toe nails were ripped off my feet due to a fungal infection and weak nails. The first one was ripped off at Pirates World right after I almost died on the rollercoaster when I flew out of the cart. A fat girl reached out and grabbed me and pulled me back in. Don’t ever say anything bad about fat girls, unless of course they are evil Satanists.
After almost dying on the rollercoaster, my cousins had me walk into the upside down house where I was sucked into a wall and my toenail was ripped of the bed. That same night I was walking to empty the garbage on the sidewalk my mother made coming from the house. It was made out of seashells. I tripped and the second big toenail was ripped off my limb. I had to get up and down the stairs sliding on my ass. When your toenails are completely ripped off the pain is excruciating. You can not walk. It’s funny that in Stranger Things they refer to the upside down, and my toe nail was ripped of in the Upside Down House at Pirates World. I had gone there for my birthday. It may have been my eleventh birthday. I can not say. This house, or this world that we live in IS the upside down, slowly torturing us all, sucking us through dimensional realities and divergent time lines.
CATHOLIC AGENDA
I was given to my mother Millie by the program, and by her back to the program which she served. She was bisexual and a Satanist. My father Paul had sex with me as a child to create the trauma based mind control allegiance for super soldier MKULTRA training. I remember all I wanted when my father left, for Christmas one year was a Barbie doll. I did not get a Barbie doll. I got a GI Joe. My evil mother shaved my head until I was in 7th grade. I used to cry because I was a girl and they treated me like a boy. This was some more super soldier bullshit and transgender agenda. I was also tortured with crack roaches and rats as a child. Between my nurse mother and my evil freaking family they tortured the fuck out of me in six ways to Sunday.
I was brought up Catholic and attended Annunciation Church. My grandmother Mildred lived in Hollywood. When was asked to go to rehearsal for my first holy communion I ran away, only to have my mother drag me back to the church. One the day of my first holy communion I remember my mother telling me I had to give my dress back to the priests because they loaned it to her because we were now poor since she and my father were separated. I remember going into the building where the priests resided and a long table where all of the children were eating. I do not remember what happened after that.
I was also taken as an infant to North Carolina where my father’s parents lived on a farm and owned large acreage. My sister referred to my father as the raggedy man in the family as all the other Fortner’s were wealthy. Duke University is not too far from where my father’s farm was. Duke University is named in the CIA documents as an MKULTRA facility. Duke is a private research university in Durham North Carolina in the present-day town of Trinity.
Trinity is the code name for the first detonation of a nuclear device, as part of the Manhattan Project conducted by the US Army in Jornada del Muerto desert 35 miles SE of Socorro New Mexico on what was formerly the USAAD Alamogordo Bombing Gunnery Range, now part of White Sands Missile Range. Jornad del Muerto is translated as Journey of the Dead man Or “The Working Day of the Dead.“
The MACK Attack
When I got out of the crazy house I was tricked to sign myself into, it was September 2018. I was going to go to my girlfriend Holly’s house in Alamogordo, but when she offered me sanctuary she disappeared. Instead I went to a super soldiers house in Colorado. His name was Tom. Tom built a bunker in his house on his 40 acres of land. He said he had seen the civil war and the armies coming up to his house in 2010. Tom was kind enough to house me for three days.
Then I ended up at the house of Barbara and John Mack in Las Cruces, New Mexico. According to WIKI Jornada del Muerto is the desert region that the Conquistadors had to cross to make it from Las Cruces to Socorro, New Mexico. “As a name place ‘Jordan’s del Muerto‘ is a loose translation of “single day’s journey of the dead mean” hence the route of the dead man, which of course I traversed to find the Macks. The Macks came from Long Island, where Montauk is located. I felt a familiarity with Barbara like she was a handler of mine. I told her she reminded me of my aunt, who is a Mengele. My brother John ALSO has a company called Johnny Mac.
I told Barbara I was a writer. Barbara said there was another writer in one of the other rooms she rented, named Phillis, who was a disabled retired CIA agent. The password on the WiFi was MacCastle. They hunt us in Castles. Durrell told me he lived in a Castle in Minnesota. I told Barbara that I had started writing a book, entitled Bradford and Valentine, which was based on the TV series Castle, Lucifer and Psyched. I talked to Phillis and she said worked on the Russia desk at Langley, and that Pizzagate was not real and that the CIA had no domestic agenda. I said that’s funny. Perhaps since I was held underground and caged at Langley it does not count as domestic. Barbara and John had a daughter worked for Satanic NASA. I was talking about being erased and MKULTRA. Within five days I was asked to leave. Barbara gave me my money back and I moved to Socorro Texas, which was part of Socorro New Mexico. Socorro means HELP.
The Code name Trinity (also used in the movie the Maxtix) was a name offered up by J. Robert Oppenheimer, the director of the Los Alamos Laboratory, located in Los Alamos, New Mexico. The test was of an implosion-designed plutonium devise which until they found a suitable name, they nicknamed “the Gadget” (Inspector Gadget).
The observers of the test were Vannevar Bush (who guided everything regarding the NSA CIA formation after Rosewell), James Chadwick, James Conan, Thomas Farrell, Enrico Fermi, Richard Feynman, Leslie Groves (Katie Groves states she was taken from Austin and experimented in Middle Crossing Texas, which is about an hour from Bush’s Crawford ranch. My Mengele uncle Ritchie still maintains a house in North Carolina and my sister Sandie lives in Matthews NC and has another lakeside home. She As a teenager, after my parents divorce, Sandie moved in with my father when she was around 15 and then she moved to North Carolina with my grandmother. My father’s mother’s name was Edith Victoria Baumgartner. When I repeatedly asked my sister if we had any Baumgartners in the family she lied to me and said no. When I told John we were related through the Baumgartner name in 2016 he denied it. He said not all Baumgartners are related Penny. I said yes they are John. From an early age I valued research. From the moment I could pick up a pen, I created offices in my closet. I wanted to be a writer. I typed on a typewriter when I got older. PALM SPRINGS
When John was my agent, on of the venues he booked me at was the JW Marriott in Palm Springs. Steve’s parents had a condo in Rancho Mirage in Palm Springs. Durrell told me he got sober at Betty Ford in Palm Springs with Chevy Chase. When I was at the JW Marriott, John sent me Greg Evigan and Connie Selica. They were filming a pilot for a failed movie called PS I Love You. Greg is an actor and musician. He was in a TV Series entitled “My Two Dads”. My band Stinger was in the clip of the movie at the end. They filmed it at Costas, the nightclub for the JW Marriott in Palm Desert. John was telling me you and I have two dads Penny. Your dad was not your dad. Your dad is my dad. He also had me sing for Danielle VanDams mother Brenda and Brenda’s pal and neighbor, murderer David Westerfield, on the eve of her Satanic abduction, rape and snuff film, Feb 2, 2002. The name of the venue I performed at was DADS in Poway.
Steve Xenos, III was my husband. His father Steve Anastos Xenos, Jr. was born in Canton Ohio Jan 20, 1931 to Greek immigrants. Steve’s dad graduated from Hollywood High School. He served in the Armed forces during the Korean War, as did my fake father Thomas Paul Fortner. Steve, was born in Michigan. His dad was a corporal in the Air Force when Sheila Tomshack and Steve A. Xenos, Jr. were married in 1952 in Port Huron Michigan. Madonna was born in Bay City, Michigan six years later. Bay City is 58 minutes from Port Huron. Madonna and I were born in 1958. Steve’s family knew the Mengeles, and knew my actual father and my fake father and Johns actual father and fake father.
MODESTO and A POCKET WATCH
I gave John one of the songs I wrote when I was with John’s ally, CIA deep state Satanist Steve Xenos III. Steve was an awesome guitar player. Played like Eddie VanHalen. He probably knew Eddie because Eddie wet to Pasadena High School around the same time Steve went to Palos Verdes High School.
The song that I wrote with Steve was called WE ONLY HAVE TIME. I wrote the lyrics and the melodic line. I put the title of the song in a pocket watch that I gave to John in Modesto. I gave him the watch as a Christmas present, when I was at the Modesto Red Lion. This was a year after he slept with me at the Modesto Red Lion. I was actively engaged in an affair with my agent, who I now know I was given to at the age of three, in a Satanic ceremony, baptized in a bathtub of blood.
I did not know who John was until I started researching at 58 and my husband Steve verified that John was my biological brother, in June of 2017. Steve III subsequently died the following month July 13, 2017. Durrells birthday is July 12, 1945. Happy Birthday Durrell. Maybe Steve just had a facebook death, and moved to a new zip code. Bob Bauman, my former drummer and relative, told me that Steve had heart problems. The last few times I contacted Steve, he said he was at the doctor. He also said he was not talking to his best friend Bob any longer. Maybe Steve had a change of heart (so to speak) when he verified that John was my brother. Then his heart, attacked him.

My prayer is that GODs judgment renders the “golden rule” as thus “I will do unto others as they have done unto you.” I am hoping that GOD judges that these Satanic factions should be relegated to the same fate of torture, rape, murder that they have perpetrated against us, and their demise is the horrible fate of literally being eaten by their own. The pocket watch I gave John, had a train on the outside of it meaning he is the conductor of time. The song I wrote and put in the pocket watch was ABOUT Time. It was entitled “We Only Have Time”. I sing it in a Jamaican accent. Jamaica is one of the most evil Illuminati regions on the planet. 007 Ian Fleming moved there. Goldeneye was one of his properties.
I was born in Hollywood Florida, which many do not realize was created by CIA Hollywood California. John Walsh, Adam Walshe’s father was born in New York and was sent to work in the burgeoning town. I was born to be in the entertainment industry as an agent for my deep state family and as a slave. I knew when I was a child that I was a slave and that children are used as slaves. SEDONA ARIZONA
I was tortured in Sedona Arizona, at the Bradshaw. I had a green trunk just like the green trunk which they show on line. I carried my clothing trunks just like that. When I saw the trunk online I measured the distance from Sedona to the Bradshaw. I freaked out a little. I was also taken to Cottonwood by an agent named O. She was in her 60s and I was in my 30s. O looked very young. My friend Oly wa at an facility called Cottonwood where she assisted in therapy to break MKULTRA victims.

What is a Sleeper Agent
According to Wiki a sleeper agent is a spy who can be placed in a country or organization or corporation of the handler’s choice. They are referred to in old spy terminology as “plants”.
Today’s planted individuals aka MKULTRA sleeper agents SA and SS, super soldiers from various programs, also have implanted technology in their eyes (cameras) and throughout various strategic body points, (meridians) and in their brain stems. These implants and technology including brain reading software, can take over and govern the agent/asset’s thinking, thru remote neural monitoring.
The sleeper agent (SA) may not be requested to immediately perform their mission. They will lie in place, sleeping, so to speak, until their governmental or military CIA handlers activate them.
The SA may be unaware that they are even asset agents. Under mind control they are programmed to respond to code words, hand signals, frequencies, internal and external stimuli, and olfactory smells.
A trained operative is a governmental asset. Some are overtly aware and are voluntarily acting upon their paid roles. Aware and unaware are BOTH SA.
Aware may be asked to play an active role in sedition, treason or espionage. Some willingly agree thru their CIA, NSA, Police or military training, while others act if activated via differing activation codes.
Some of these codes are complex strings of words, subliminal frequencies utilized in movies and music and written articles submitted via mainstream media, books, augmented by hand signals by fusion center operatives in CIA, NSA, Intel, Police, Pastors, Doctors, Teachers, i.e. trained imbedded handlers.

Sleeper agents in espionage
Sleeper agents are popular plot devices in fiction, particularly in espionage fiction and science fiction. This common use in fiction is directly related to and results from repeated instances of real-life "sleeper agents" participating in spying, espionage, sedition, treason, and assassinations.
In espionage, a sleeper agent is one who has infiltrated into the target country and has "gone to sleep", sometimes for many years. The agent does nothing to communicate with the sponsor or any existing agents or to obtain information beyond what is in public sources. The agent can also be referred to as a 'deep cover' agent. The agent acquires jobs and identities, ideally ones that will prove useful in the future, and attempts to blend into everyday life as a normal citizen. Counter-espionage agencies in the target country cannot, in practice, closely watch all those who may possibly have been recruited some time before.
In a sense, the best sleeper agents are those who do not need to be paid by the sponsor, as they are able to earn enough money to finance themselves, averting any possibly traceable payments from abroad. In such cases, it is possible for the sleeper agent to be successful enough to become what is sometimes termed an "agent of influence".
Sleeper agents who have been discovered have often been natives of the target country who moved elsewhere in early life and were co-opted (perhaps for ideological or ethnic reasons) before returning to the target country. That is valuable to the sponsor as the sleeper's language and other skills can be those of a native and thus less likely to trigger domestic suspicion.

What is a Super Soldier?
The concept that the world has of super soldiers and what the lying CIA tells you will lead the average and above average investigators to conclude there is only one type of Super soldier, those who JOINED the military and who were trained by the military. This is an erroneous perception.

Mike Smith still works in the industry managing stunts on set with many huge stars. He most recently produced a documentary called Out of the Shadows, 2020, featuring himself, Kevin M. Ship, Brad Martin and Liz Cronin. Out of the Shadows has received over 35 Million hits.
The documentary hits peripherally on the Satanic agenda of Hollywood, the mainstream media’s manipulation of the news and how the Soros-Rothchilds owned MSN and the New World Order spread propaganda in their content.
Mike states he loves GOD. He says he did not believe in GOD, but when he broke his lower back he was healed by prayer by a woman who said she heals the SRA children of Hollywood. Mike states he did not find GOD in a Church. GOD is not in a building of brick and mortar. The Pastors in our churches and temples are Freemason Satanists operating from a greed base and an MULTRA intent utilizing the Bible for mind control.

I believe Mike is also a super soldier, based upon his prolific leaning as a young man towards martial arts and his current knowledge of martial arts and his training. He may not be availed to just who he is at the moment, but this much I can attest to, he appears to be bent on researching and discovering the truth. At present he also appears to have joined the ranks of the whistleblowers who chose not to sit back and consume the narrative of historical lies that have been perpetrated upon planet earth.
Mike told me he knew Tiffany FitzHenry and was talking to her regarding the documentary. I said she was not following me, and to tell her I said hello. I followed up with a text a few weeks later and said Tiffany never contacted me.
One week after Out of the Shadows premiered, Mike sued Tiffany FitzHenry in San Diego District Court, for declaratory relief and libel. Croudsource the truth did a show with Zach Vorhies and Maryam Henein. I tried to contact Maryam on FB as well as Jason Goodman.I also left a comment on his utube channel, but no response has been forthcoming.

When anyone claims, gee Penny, you have to have been IN the military to be a super soldier I respond quite frankly that’s a total crock of shit.
The term Super, is indicative of the “soldier” subject possessing extraordinary abilities. For instance starting storms, making it snow (which I did in Miami when I was with Durrell) moving objects such as over turning cars, starting fires with your mind, Carrie type of shit.
Carrie was not MKULTRA. She was a psychic super soldier.
In the book The Men Who Stare at Goats (2004), Welsh journalist Jon Ronson documented how the U.S. military repeatedly tried and failed to train soldiers in the use of parascientific combat techniques during the Cold War. Guess what, the “military” experiments did not fail. John B. Alexander, Aquino, Shiro Ishii, Dulles, John, my evil brother, Joseph Mengele, Speers, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Ratzinger, Francis and a plethora of other world despots, have engaged and currently engage in the propaganda of the 3rd and 4th Riech, which carried their experiments thru to death and then reanimated the soldiers. There are many different super soldiers who have fallen under different protocols; the protocols are the basically same for all programs with more stringent deviations there of.
Those who were in segregated programs tend to believe they are the only ones in the world in these programs. They then justify themselves as being quite elite. This is a dangerous proposition to adhere to. It gives those who survived a sense of superiority to their survival. You simply survived. Get over yourself.
These programs existed before you and after you. They are global programs. Your DNA has already been taken to create more durable clone slaves, by the thousands.
Perhaps as a super soldier, you were “created” with some unique DNA as well. I know my DNA was used to replicate thousands of clones and utilized in further recombinant DNA genetic creations of babies who are also super soldiers placed in varying Super Soldier Programs, currently walking this planet, enamored with themselves.
ALL Projects resulted in 90 to 99 percent death rate. This is the nature of ALL of the super soldier projects. The most ultra secret successes you will never hear of.
