TIME TRAVEL 

Several people have asked me about Time Travel. I have been erased repeatedly, so I can not recall the specifics of Time Travel.  I will share the research that I have done.  As for myself, I do know that I gave three men pocket watches, meaning they are masters of time; travelers in time.  I traveled with them, but just bear in mind, I was erased repeatedly.

Time travel can be achieved in many ways.  There really is a time travel car like back to the future.  My handler, Durrell, is a Racecar driver.  He used cars to time travel. If you go to 150 miles per hour on the interstate, you can no longer see anything outside of the car.  You see forward, as in a tunnel.  

Stargates, wormholes, teleportation pads are other methodologies.  Then there are entities that simply appear and disappear; they travel naturally from dimension to dimension.  

The Montauk Project was a series of secret government projects conducted at Camp Hero, or Montauk Air Force Station on Montauk, Long Island.  It had one time travel technology referred to as the “chair’.  

In the movie “contact” Jodie Foster, who plays Ellie, a SETI scientist, gets a message from the Vega star system, 26 light years away.  They send us instructions to build a time machine.  It is a chair.  

They build two of the chairs, one in Cape Canaveral and one in Japan.  It has four spinning rings (similar to the Looking Glass tech).  The rings cause the chair in the pod to travel through a series of wormholes.  She travels to another planet.  When she returns she says she was gone for 18 hours.  A congressional committee says she was gone five minutes, but her recording device recorded 18 hours of static. 

The “chair” is a time travel methodology.  I believe they replicated this “chair technology” and had it in places like Langley and CIA HQ’s all over the world.  

The government states that since 1943 they had been conducting experiments in time travel and that in 1983 they ended the experiments the US had been conducting for four decades.  

All I know is that when the government said they ended MKULTRA in the 70s, they lied.  I am still here, and the ops just went under different names. When ever they say something ended, it didn’t it just went deep underground.  When ever they say a military base is abandoned, it is not, it just had 100 layers of deep underground military base facilities constructed, in which they still conduct their experiments away from prying eyes, where no one can see or hear what is transpiring.

Apparently some MKULTRAs, children, who utilized the “chair” tech can travel sideways dimensionally; through dimensions rather than straight back or forward in time.  They have to be retrieved when they try to escape into another dimension. 

I spoke with a gentleman who told me he had Top Secret Clearance when he was in the military in Germany, his name was Larry.  Larry also worked in DUMBs (Deep Underground Military Bases) in a Secret Space Force as a leader.  He remembered being on a craft with chair technology, where he could see past, present and future.  

Billie Meyers talks about being on a craft and seeing history as it actually unfolded. He was shown the battle of Alexandria and he said it was happening then; he saw and tasted the blood, sweat, earth.  Meaning all time is happening at once.  

The GREYS and Reptilians aka DRACOS as well as other entities can literally STOP and START time at their discretion.  STARTING and STOPPING time is actually just a deceptive trick perpetrated upon us by the GREYS and REPTILLIANS.  TIME for other entities does not exist.  Thus those breaching our dimensional realities experience time as never ending, never beginning, simply existence. 

I am told the GREYS are a subservient race to the Reptilians [DRACOS].  Human interactions with Malevolent Greys and DRACOS traditionally have not been positive.  This is not to say that all of a species should be condemned.  However, this said, these species can freeze your brain, paralyze your body.  Psychiatrists talk about the paralyzing dream.  In actuality it is not a dream, it is an abduction from this dimension into another.

We are the only species that wear watches.  We bill in time increments, we are paid for our time, we donate our time.  When you consider that all time is running concurrently then it makes sense that when you interject yourself [spirit] into another dimension that you can see TIME, past present and future.  The physical body therefore becomes an illusion, that which you see and then project to others in other dimensions.

In my research, I discovered that genealogy is pretty much a lie.  We are all related.  I discovered that I was raised by Hitlers, Eichmans, Mengles and Speers; prolific men who surrounded Hitler.  Hitler made treatises with ETs and time traveled, just like Tesla, Edison.  The wealthy had plenty of “time” on their hands to investigate dimensional realities, time travel, methodologies of extending their lives and becoming rich and powerful in this realm.  

Hitler and Mengele, my relatives, time travelers who are still around, made clones of everyone.  Mengele also worked with ETS, on their craft, in deep underground military bases all over the world, and in Antartica with Hitler.  The scientists and elite conducted research into the occult, contacting various ancient aliens and disparate disembodied dimensional entities. 

Alfred Webre says that the NAZIs were under complete mind control by the DRACOs and GREYS.

Looking back in time, and knowing that history is a lie, it remains to be seen if WWII was simply a world war.  From all research I have conducted, world wars are galactic wars.  We are fighting galactic wars all the time, the public here on Earth II is blissfully unaware. They still think that earth is the only planet, and that time is measured in increments, and that ET’s do not exist.

TRUMP TIME TRAVELER

Trump is a time traveler.  He was born in New York. My handler Durrell came from a very wealthy family. He told me he lived in a Castle. His father was Albert Speers. Durrell was born one year before Trump in Minneapolis.  

Wealthy families knew one another, they mingled with everyone, rich, poor, beautiful, smart.  My handler John’s father John Lambert and his twin brother Edwin were born in New York.  My Grandmother and mother were born in New York; my aunt and her brother were born in New York.  Tesla lived in New York.  New York was a hub town.  People entered the US through the Gardens, and then thru Ellis Island.  Ellis is Durrell's middle name, a family name.

Jeb Bush is named John Ellis Bush; John and Durrell both know the Bush family. They have known them since they were the Scherfs.

John G. Trump was Donald Trump’s uncle.  He was an engineer who was very brilliant.  When Tesla died at his New York apartment the FBI and office of Alien Records solicited John to obtain Teslas papers and try to interpret them.  Subsequent years John G. became a professor at MIT, and suddenly became exceedingly brilliant.

Tesla had schematics for a time travel machine, which it is alleged that John Trump built.  There was some speculation that Tesla constructed a death ray, and he also said he wanted to build an invisible wall around the US for protection (Trumps wall in the US starting with San Diego, where I resided for 26 years.) 

John Trump purportedly built the machine but he was the only one who could operate it.  He called Donald and sent Donald back in Time, to intervene and save the world, perhaps to retrieve further technology.  When you enter TIME you can see past, present and future events.  

In 1890s a gentlemen named Ingersoll Lockwood wrote a book about a Baron Trump.  There is a photo in this book that looks like Baron, Trumps son.  Ingersoll also wrote a book entitled 1900, the Last President.  I have been saying for quite sometime that Trump will be our last President.  Rather the last President of the United States.  The Republic will split off into districts.  According to a former Naval Intel expert, Planet Niburu will cause flooding in 2023.  I have outlined the flood zone.  Parts of CA and Washington are gone.  The entire east coast is underwater, including DC.

In October 2 of 2017, a time Traveler, Bryant Johnson (John’s son) landed in Casper Wyoming on East 2 Street.  (10.02.2017 on East 2 street) (three 2’s). He said he was sent on a teleportation pad and filled with alcohol.  He came to warn the citizens of Wyoming that Aliens were coming.  Johnson asked a jogger what year it was.  The jogger said 2017.  

Johnson said he was supposed to arrive in 2018, meaning October of 2018, we may experience an Alien Invasion.  He asked the jogger where the President of Wyoming was.  The jogger said “You mean the President of the US?” Johnson said “no the president of Wyoming.” 

Johnson was then picked up by the police for public drunkenness and taken to the station.  The FEDS subsequently questioned him and he was never seen again.

JOHN TITOR, PENNY L.A. SHEPARD

John Titor is a time traveler.  Whether or not Titor is a psyop remains to be seen. I do believe my actual life parallels John Titor’s recorded timeline which he put out on the internet, but 10 years in the future. 

According to documents on the web John Titor went back to 1975 to retrieve a 5100 IBM standalone word processor because it had some coding required in the future. I am many things. One of the jobs I held was a legal word processor.  In 1985 I started L.A. Shepard Enterprises.  I worked for the manufacture of NBI.  I acquired a floppy disk NBI 4100 standalone word processor, for my business.  My husband Steve was CIA.  He and my other brothers retrieved the technology and I can not tell you what happened to the word processor or it’s floppy disks. 

John Titor said he then visited 2000.  He said he did something to push Y2K forward.  In 1999 we all thought the world was going to end.  The banking industry said they had not prepared computers to turn over to 2000.  I learned Access, at Luce Forward Hamilton and Scrpps, a law firm I was employed at.  

Many who learned Access were drawing 3 figure salaries.  Not me.  The evening of 1999, I was at Disneyland on Tomorrowland stage.  They were filming all over the world, and from Disneyland.  I remember being in the underground tunnel and I suddenly had a nose bleed, that would not stop.  

I now know that it was implants that John put in my nasal cavity, and/or something that also happened in the tunnels.  I finally used an ice cube and super glued a piece of tissue inside my nose so that I could get on stage on time.  There were  over 3,000 people in the audience.  I sang an entire 45 minute set with one nostril. 

The clock turned to 2000; The world didn’t end in 2000.  Y2K never happened.  I had no idea that I was a time traveler, and MKULTRA, or that I had implants in my body.

There were 10 years between myself and John Titor.  He went back to 1975, I lived in this time dimension and started my business in 1985.  IBM 5100- NBI 4100 =51-41 = 10 years.

John Titor said in 2004 we would start seeing civil unrest around an election.  2004 plus 10 = 2014, Trump began his campaign for President.  We began to see riots in the streets.  

John Titor said in 2008 people would start becoming aware, awakening.  Flash forward to 2018.  People are awakening, realizing that their lives have been a lie; realizing they have false memories.  Psychiatrists have told us this is a “false memory syndrome” when in reality our entire lives have been erased and supplanted with false memories of who we were and what happened to us.  

There are MILLIONS of MKULTRA’s and targeted individuals awakening and asking questions.  What happened to me, why don't I have memories as a child, why am I hearing music in my head (voice to skulk V2S) or voices.  V2S is a radio frequency planted in the brainstem. The implants fit on the tip of a pencil. Drs. will tell the victim they are schizophrenic or bipolar when they are well aware they have been implanted with technology.

TI's and MKULTRAs know they were raised by Military or prolifically intelligent people, inventors, musicians, some in the military fields, CIA, NSA, NASA, scientists, doctors, all who have kept the secret of ET intervention in their lives, knowing if they revealed the truth they would be killed, their family and friends would be killed, their associates, and worse these ETs threated to murder the world if they were ever revealed.

John Titor said in two years from 2008 (2010) that an actual war would start.  I have been researching since I was 58.  This year I ascertained the date of an actual civil war, which I knew was going to break out, way before I knew anything about John Titor.  

I lived at 1255 N.E. 202 Street in Miami Beach Florida for 17 years.  I have been saying the date 02.02.2020, which is Groundhog Day, that US civil war would be declared. (2010 plus 10 is 2020). We are now engaged in a civil quarantine in the US, and the world. It transpired in Wuhan Dec 31, 2019; and in the US 2020. It has crashed our Global economy and placed the US is currently in a state of siege. 

Remember Time Traveler Johnson?  My handler John sent me in a band called Way Out West on a tour.  I stopped in Casper Wyoming and Douglas Wyoming.  

In October 2 of 2017, Johnson landed in Casper Wyoming on East 2 Street.  (10.02.2017 on East 2 street) (three 2’s). 02.20 (17) 2 add 0s 02.2020

ALFRED LAMBERMONT WEBRE

Alfred Webre has a bunch of books and videos on Tube.  He was educated at Yale University and went to school with George W.Bush, Dick Chaney, Gov. Rockefeller, Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton. He is the Congressional coordinator for the Disclosure Project.  

Alfred worked at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). When he worked for SRI he was told to dissimilate.  He said they told him that their grants would be canceled.  He felt that he simply could not be duplicitous.

Weber was on the Assassination Information Bureau (AIB) for the investigation of the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King and Malcomb X.  Allen Dulles was the Head of the CIA that Kennedy fired and he was assigned to the Warren Commission.

Alfred said when he went to New Orleans to meet with the DA he became ill and he had to return home.  He said he was targeted by a Direct Energy Weapon.  He said the AIB had safe houses to protect their witnesses and the CIA was compromising them. Later on Oliver Stone wrote JFK, based upon Jim Marrs book “Cross Fire.”

Alfred said that in 1966 Jimmy Carter had an encounter with  the ETS and saw a ship as big as the moon.  He ran on the presidential platform of disclosure.  Alfred has been studying and researching Exo Politics for over 40 years.  

In the Carter administration Alfred was in the Pentagon, under the auspices of disclosure and stopping nuclear war.  He realized that he was being targeted with a Direct Energy Microwave Weapon (DEW) in the White House.  He had a meeting with the Secretary of Defense and a secretary in the administration approached him with a newspaper.  On the back of the newspaper she flashed the words SEX.  DEW can cause you to have sexual arousal, headaches, heart attacks, strokes, brain aneurysms, even cancer.   He said he ignored the weaponry and continued his meeting with the Sec. Of Defense. After his meeting he said he stayed at a hotel across the street from the White House where he was followed by MIB.  

Alfred talks about a great many things. He talks about how the government knew we had alien species DRAKO and GREYS from the Orion Belt.  He said the NAZIs were under mind control since WWII.

In January 1993 he says he had his introduction to Exo Politics.  He worked with Philip Lis a parapsychologist who worked at Reuters Dept. Of Psychology; he worked with Edgar Cayce and Yuir Geller, remote viewers.  He said that the MIB continually followed him in parallel dimensions and threaten to kidnap him and make him disappear.

Alfred said that there are 8 technologies that access the quantum timelines.  He said that  Time travel can explore these timelines.   He said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) created an artificial timeline keeping us in perpetual war.  He said that in December 21, 2012 began a positive timeline.  He also said that Hillary Clinton was going to be president.  She is not. I ended up locked in an institution because I asked my handlers “what did you do to the time continuum.” 

Alfred worked with Edgar Cayce who saw a flood and saw the White House covered in brackish water in 2013.  He also saw Chicago go down in a flood.  In 2017 at the Green Mill in Chicago, I saw Chicago go down in a flood of water.  When I went back in the club I asked my friends where the ocean was.  I am from California.  I told them I saw Chicago go down in water.  When I was three I saw Florida go down in a 3 mile high wave.

Alfred says that in 2010 Dr. Courney Brown brought together remote viewers.  They all saw this 2013 timeline. Andy Bassagio said he also saw the White House under brackish water in 2013.

Now, add 10 years to this timeline.  A Naval Intel agent in 2017, and again in 2018 stated US would flood in 2023.  I got a map and outlined the region.

Alfred says that there is a Chronviser which has 8 time travel technologies.  It was more than likely overseen in creation by the CIA, DARPA and the Pentagon, developed by the Vatican.  

The Chronviser is energy  time machine you can dial.  Everything on this planet has a positional location.  Time, date, year, longitude and latitude.  He says you dial it on the time machine and it is like a tv screen.  You can look at someone in time.  Alfred states that we are a holographic universe, we are simply energy.

Additionally there is technology called the “Looking Glass” at Area 51, Groom Lake, facility, Nevada, in a deep underground military base.  Outside of the “Looking Glass” there is a big rabbit.  The “Looking Glass” technology

DR. DAN BURISH

Project Looking Glass and Time Travel Experiments

This technology accesses the Multiverse.  Alfred said we contain multiple time lines in an ecology of dimensions.  He says the Omniverse is third of Cosmological bodies, spiritual dimensions, souls and source.  

There is the universe and the multiverse.  He says all universes are in the multiverse, created by course acting as collective, and that we can tweak time; although it is a complex thing.

The multiverse is accessed when the forward mode is set.  It is viewed as one of many potential realities.  There are at least two rings of electromagnets employed, the magnets spin in different directions, generating energy.  It acts as a teleprompter or crystal ball.

In an interview with Dan he states that Looking Glass was shut down, disbanded and that there was a 19% probability with an 85% confidence that a disaster would occur and there would be a transition from Timeline 1 to Timeline 2.

Hillary was told through time technology that she would be president.  Trump IS president.  I believe we have transcended from Timeline 1 to Timeline 2. 

Burish says that there is an 81% chance that  the individuals who want to carry the negative line are convinced that it is going to occur.  He says they are not representing the facts.  He says they want to provoke the negative timeline. Burish states that the illuminati want the catastrophe to occur so that 3/4 or 2/3 of humanity dies.  They get the earth to themselves.

Dan communicated at Area 51 with a species called the JRods, who were advanced progenitors.  He sent a JRod back to his planet after being experimented on at Area 51. 

Burish states that through Project Magestic  we have impacted our timeline by virtue of the amount of time travel which has occurred.  

He says each time they go back in time they create time paradoxes which have built up as our reality that we now perceive.  He states there is an actual Newtonian superimposing.  He says time travelers are agents of time, and he doesn’t know whether there is a cause effect or a nexus between cause and effect, a direct consequence of the technological aspect of bringing too much energy towards us in a non-natural manner.  He believes we have two distinct time lines.

Dan says that the original looking glass tech was derived from ancient cylinder seals by people from our future who provided it to us meaning the rogues, the P-45s.  He says that they will shut the tech down, but then start it again.  Its like a magic box, to see into the future.

Dan says the tech was originally instructions for accessing wormholes, which naturally pass in the hyperspace in which we ind ourselves. We began working on it tweaking it. We could use it as a purring portal, like a peering glass, to see the past and future.  Dan states that the tech predates Sumerian timeframe.  Some cylinder seals from Iraq, some from Egypt.  The wormhole tech is essentially a Stargate.

ET’s STOP TIME.  

You can walk across the room and time travel.  You can be asleep in your bed and a dimensional being takes you.  Your body remains behind and your spirit energy goes to another dimension.  You manifest the body “container” that you currently reside in.  You believe that you have had a dream.   You wake up exhausted.

I believe this entire world is occupied with human-alien hybrid entities, who actually reside here.  I believe that Earth I, simply serves as a prison and slave farm.  We MKULTRA’s are persistently abducted and erased, taken to other dimensional realms, only to awake in this dimension with no recollection of what transpired. 

False memories are provided as ET’s can provide any memory they desire.  They invade your mind.  We are dimensional beings and through our physical body remain in this dimension.  Other entities are not physical beings they are dimensional beings who can travel daily from one dimension to another and travel forwards or backwards in time.

I believe that we are in the “ENDTIMES” described in the Bible.  I believe that the wars that John Titor, if there was a real Titor and he was not a total psyop, averted, perhaps,  for a decade, which will transpire in our timeline.  

The illuminati and ELITE have prepared for catastrophe by building under ground military bases which are replete with supplies, air, artificial light, entire cities underneath our feet.  They also have ships to take themselves off planet, they use these stargazes and wormholes to travel to other planets.

The illuminati and GREYS and REPTILIANS have been terraforming this earth in eager anticipation of taking it over.  

They are actually engendering its destruction with Directed Energy Weapons that cause fires, warm oceans, melt polar ice caps, and cause earthquakes and tsunamis using technologies such as HAARP. 

When these alleged “natural disasters” take place, people will be ushered in to internment camps or prison barges by FEMA, The WHO and they will follow the UN’s Agenda21 to depopulate the planet, through war and extermination.  We will have a Civil War (we are already engaged in one in the US and on all other continents mass extinctions and genocides are taking place); followed by WWIII 2024-2030.
